With Love w/Creative Worship Stamps

Hello, sweet crafty friends!  Thanks for stopping by to visit me here today as I share another card featuring some of the FAB New Release items from Creative Worship Stamps.  Everything in this month's release is amazing.  I've been having SO much fun creating with these, and all of, Creative Worship's fabulous products.  You can find my IG Post here.
I cut a base from black cardstock and layered that with patterned paper by using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and some fun patterned papers from my stash.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut the small rectangles that I placed about my card.  On the cream rectangle, I stamped the floral image using the NEW Flowering Branch Stamp Set.  I raised us some of the flowers using 3-D Foam Tabs.
I used patterned papers and border stickers from an old stash.  I used the Flowering Branch Stamp Set to stamp my sentiment onto a small tag that was cut using the NEW Tabs Tickets & More Dies.  They are absolutely the most helpful and adorable die set I've seen in a long time.  I will be using these little tabs everywhere!
We hope to have you stop by Creative Worship Stamps to look around, and the Creative Worship IG for lots of great inspiration.  My IG Post is here, and I'd LOVE to have you 💗Like and Follow me.  Thanks so much for your visit.  It makes me happy, and I appreciate you very  much.

Land That I Love

It's time for a fun new challenge over at The Card Concept Challenge and we really hope that you will join us.  The inspiration photo for this challenge includes some awesome rustic patriotic elements that completely inspired me when making this card.  I also love to cross-stitch when I can find the extra time, so I incorporated that into my card as well.
I used two different shades of kraft cardstock on this card.  The base of the card is a darker shade, and the piece I used for the cross-stitching is a bit lighter.  I used a cool die-cut from Waffle Flower to cut the stitching rectangle.  I found the cross-stitch pattern on Pinterest, but I had to completely reconfigure it.  Once I started stitching, I quickly realized that this die wouldn't accommodate the entire pattern.  This is where you have to just "make it work".
Other than the cross-stitch element, I added a sentiment from Stamp Simply and stamped it onto the Fishtail Banner also from Stamp Simply.  The red polka dot patterned paper is from JilliBean Soup. I also added some Royal Blue Gingham Ribbon, a length of Red Cherry Baker's Twine and I topped it with an Ivory Sweetheart Blossom from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Here's a look at the inspiration photo.  You don't have to follow it with anything specific from the photo.  For instance, there's no barn in the photo; but I chose to add a barn to my card.  I was inspired by the overall patriotic theme and the barn wood.  What elements speak to your creativity?
We look forward to seeing what you'll create to share with us in this Patriotic Decor Challenge at The Card Concept.  Let your creativity run wild, and most of all....have FUN!  Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today, friends.

May Your Cup Overflow w/Stamp Simply

Welcome by my little piece of blog land, everyone.  I very much appreciate your visits here, and if you leave me a comment, well, that's icing on top.  It's always a treat to have my creative friends stop by to say hello.  Your stops by my blog don't go unnoticed, and I'm grateful for you.  Today I'm sharing a card that I created for Stamp Simply using one of their (many) fabulous stamp and die combo sets.
I used basic black cardstock for my base.  I layered that with some super FUN patterned papers found in the Coffee or Tea 6x6 Paper Pad.  I used stamps (both images and sentiments) found in the Have a Cup On Us Stamp Set, and I colored all of them using my Copic markers.  I cut each of the coffee images using the coordinating Have a Cup On Us Dies.
Aren't those patterned papers from the Coffee or Tea 6x6 Paper Pad super cool?  I especially love the dirty coffee rings.  I used the Fishtail Banner Dies to cut the sentiment strips.  I tied some Baker's Twine around my card as the finishing touch.  There are lots of great coffee sets available at Stamp Simply.  They carry just about every sentiment you can imagine, as well as beautiful images, stencils and so much more.
There's always a lot of amazing inspiration on the Stamp Simply Blog as well as on the Stamp Simply Instagram Page.  You'll find wonderful stamp sets, dies, embossing folders, ribbons and much more when you stop at Stamp Simply.  Thanks again for visiting me here today.  I'm so grateful for you.

Happy Birthday w/Really Reasonable Ribbon

When it comes to making cards, I do enjoy adding ribbons, trims and twines of some sort whenever I can.  It gives my cards such warm fun textures and colors.  Really Reasonable Ribbon always has the perfect trim for every card and project I make.  They carry so many great colors, widths, patterns, etc. in various styles and materials.  They also have Adhesives like Scor-Tape and 3-D Foam Tabs, and we ALL need those.  I hope you'll stop by Really Reasonable Ribbon to look around.
For this card, I used some pretty patterned papers from my oldest and most favorite "stash" items which are from a line called Emma's Shoppe by Crate Paper.  I cut them using the Crimped Frame Dies from The Greetery and layered them together with pieces of Scor-Tape.  The sweet sentiment I used is from Bonnie Garby Designs and can be found in the Bold Birthday Greetings Digital Stamp Set.
I ran a length of Cream Swiss Dot Grosgrain Ribbon across my card and tied a bow with it.  I topped that with a bow tied with Solid Coral Baker's Twine.  I also added in two little Mulberry Leaves and a Sweetheart Blossom.  The ephemera (stickers and flower) are also from Emma's Shoppe.  I think that pretty much covers everything I used on my card, but I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
Really Reasonable Ribbon always has all the perfect Ribbons, Twines and Trims for every project.  They also carry so many essentials we all need - such as the AdhesivesScor-Tape and 3-D Foam Tabs in addition to Mulberry Flowers and Embellishments.  I appreciate your visit here today, and I hope you'll stop by Really Reasonable Ribbon for some great shopping and by the RRR Blog for lots of great inspiration.  Happy crafting!

Feel Better Soon w/Creative Worship

When it comes to making cards for Creative Worship Stamps, it's always FUN doing it.  I enjoy using these amazing stamps, dies, stencils and products each month.  The NEW Release for May is absolutely wonderful and I'm having SO much fun creating cards using these awesome new products.  They're wonderful.  If you haven't seen the entire New Release, I hope you'll stop by Creative Worship to take a peek.
This card started with kraft cardstock for the base, and I layered that with a piece of cream cardstock that I cut using the NEW Postage Stamp Cover Plate Die.  I also stencilled this piece using the NEW Rectangles & More Stencil.  I also used the NEW Postage Stamp Add-Ons Stamp Set to add the hearts, flowers and leaves to the backgound of my card.
The gorgeous flowers you see on my card were stamped using the gorgeous NEW Blooming Tulips Stamp Set.  The extra leaves at the bottom of my card are also found in the NEW Blooming Tulips Stamp Set.  I don't own the matching dies, so I hand cut my flowers.  This card is completely flat and perfect for mailing.  Creative Worship stamps are SO pretty!
I'd like to say thank you again for your visits to my blog.  I'm grateful beyond words to have you stop by and take a peek, say hello and visit me.  I appreciate it SO much; you'll likely never know how much it means to me.  I hope you're having a super creative week.  You can stop by Creative Worship any time you want.  We love to have you visit us.

New May Release at Creative Worship Stamps

Hello, sweet blog friends.  I'm so glad you've chosen to stop by here today and say hello.  It means so much to me when you do.  Today I'm sharing a sweet card for Creative Worship Stamps using some of their amazing NEW Release products.  Oh, my heart!  I am so loving ALL the new stamps, dies and stencils in this month's FAB New Release.
I started with basic black cardstock, and I layered that with a piece of purple woodgrain paper from The Craft Consortium that I cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.  I stamped the floral image onto a lighter piece of purple cardstock using the Flowering Branch Stamp Set, and I stamped the same image around the edges of the patterned paper.
I used the cool NEW Tabs Tickets & More Dies to add the little side-notch tab where I added the Thinking of You sentiment.  The two sentiments I used on this card are both found in the Flowering Branch Stamp Set.  I also added a cancelled stamp/postal image on the bottom left; and that's found in the Going Postal Stamp Set.  I also attached a bow that's tied with Purple Seam Binding.  Everything was stamped in purple Tim Holtz Oxide Inks.
As you can see, this NEW Flowering Branch Stamp Set makes it quick and easy to create a pretty card.  This card came together easily, and this format can be recreated by any crafter.  All the amazing stamps and dies from Creative Worship make it impossible to go wrong.  The creative possibilities are nearly endless.  You can find lots of that great inspiration on the Creative Worship IG Page.  Thanks again for stopping by my blog today.

Blessings,
Karen

Praying For You w/Creative Worship Stamps

Welcome by my blog today, friends.  I'm so glad you're here as I share a sweet card and tag set that I created using some of the NEW Release items from Creative Worship Stamps.  This is one of my most favorite releases yet, and each product in this month's release is nothing short of FABULOUS.  I used some kraft cardstock and kraft tissue paper to begin this shabby chic card and tag.  Please excuse the fact that I took a lot more pictures (5) than I normally do (3).  Oh, and don't miss the Instagram Hop at Creative Worship Stamps where you can WIN a $25 gift card.
I cut my base using the FUN NEW Postage Stamp Cover Die and some pale creamy pink cardstock to cut the focal layer.  I know that I am going to absolutely LOVE this NEW Die, and that I'll be using it a lot.  Because I don't yet have the gorgeous new Stencil, I used the Delightfully Delicate Stencil along with several colors of Tim Holtz Oxide Inks to rub on my pretty pastel background.
Oh, by the way, I spilt some brown paint on my first card attempt, so I scrapped that and cut another Postage Stamp Die to begin again.  I did save the "oops" project, and I ended up and used some of the remaining pieces to create a matching tag.  This is why I always try to encourage myself and everyone else to never completely give up on a project when you "mess up"; but instead, somehow make it work for you.
The tag was hand cut by eye (not a die-cut) from the same kraft cardstock.  I pieced together the scraps, and I used the cool NEW Tabs, Tickets & More Dies to add some fun journalling tabs and extra accents where I could place more of the hearts that I cut using the cluster of hearts found in the new Postage Stamp Dies.  I die-cut most of the hearts using scraps from the previously stencilled paper.  The NEW Tabs, Tickets & More Dies are perfect for using up those paper scraps in a cute and useful way.
I used the new Rectangles & More Stencil to add lots of pretty pink hearts and green leaves/ foliage.  I used the Going Postal Stamp Set to add the circles, postal sentiments, etc.  The sentiments I added (Thinking of You, With Love) are found in the NEW Flowering Branch Stamp Set.  The big cool & sign is found in the NEW Tabs, Tickets & More Dies.  The word prayer is found in the Blooming Tulips Stamp Set.  Yes, I do realize that I used a lot of different Creative Worship products on this set.
Some of the remaining random items I used on this card/tag set include vintage scotch tape, acrylic paint, copic, kraft tissue, Scor-Tape, 3-D Adhesive Tabs, hand cut tag, Baker's Twine and Natural Burlap String.  For everything else, you can find so many amazing products at Creative Worship Stamps.  Not only can you find all the supplies needed to create this card/tag set, but you can find the perfect stamps, images, sentiments, scriptures and events you can ever need....and more.  Come by and see what's new at Creative Worship Stamps.  And don't miss our May IG Hop for your chance to WIN.

I'm playing along here:

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Simon Says "Use a Stencil" - I used two new stencils from Creative Worship Stamps.

Stencil Fun Challenge Blog - May: Use A Stencil and Optional Bouquet.  I used two different Stencils on this fun card.  I didn't quite add a Boquet, but I do have some flowers.

Karen
