Biden Admin Looks To Repeal Trump-Era Religious Protection for Students

The Department of Education announced Tuesday that it is proposing to rescind the religious freedom section of the 2019 executive order “Improving Free Inquiry, Transparency, and Accountability at Colleges and Universities,” which requires federal departments to ensure that colleges receiving federal grants “promote free inquiry” consistent with the First Amendment.

If the Education Department revokes the rule, the agency will delegate cases of religious discrimination by universities to the courts, rather than threaten to pull grants from the institutions of higher education.

The executive order “caused confusion about schools’ nondiscrimination requirements” and is “unduly burdensome” for the department, said Nassar Paydar, assistant secretary for postsecondary education. The department insisted that with existing First Amendment protections, the executive order was unnecessary to prevent religious discrimination.

The proposed rule change comes amid a spike in anti-Semitic incidents on college campuses, with Jewish students filing suit against universities for harboring anti-Jewish faculty and student groups.

A George Washington University professor, for example, repeatedly engaged in anti-Semitic rhetoric in a mandatory diversity course, the Washington Free Beacon reported in January. Jewish students in the instructor’s class filed a Title VI complaint with the Education Department after she invited an anti-Israel speaker who encouraged violence against Israelis. The professor retaliated against the Jewish students after they reached out to the administration, smearing their reputations to other faculty members, according to the complaint.

The answer is very simple.
We gave our children at the hands of these lunatic, psychopathic, melicuius evil doers, bitter college professors.
We paid them tens of thousands of dollars and while we went to work 15 hours a day to pay them, they ware brainwashing our malleable

But it is also an example of the Biden regime being a rigid, stone-cold, heartless, soulless enforcement arm of the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) and its various fronts, proxies, affiliates, surrogates, allies etc., carrying with them the attitude that thousands of years of Judeo-Christian-derived norms should be junked just like that, and replaced with immoral, amoral, degenerated, debased, deviant, perverted, radical fringe Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island “values,” with all customs, values and norms turned upside-down to revolve entirely around LGBTQ’s in general, and transgenderized freaks in particular. What this signals is the insidious principle being put out that Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island/Key West “values” ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS supersede Judeo-Christian values; and that whenever Judeo-Christian values and Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island/Key West “values” conflict, it is always Judeo-Christian values that must give way. We saw this here with the Jack Phillips imbroglio – and we are seeing it in Canada, where a so-called “Catholic” school had one of their students arrested for the “crime” of declaring the absolute truth about there being only two “genders”[sic] in the world and in Nature. That whole country is now ruled entirely under Greenwich Village/San Francisco/Fire Island/Key West “values” on one end, and under Islamic Sharia law on the other.

If Trump did it then Biden must destroy it… Thats the ”logic” of the current DemocRAT Party, no matter whether Trump did something good or bad but just the fact that his name is on it is enough for Old Joe to destroy it… Such a hateful silly old fart and a treasonous one at that… Impeach him.
