Biden made a surprise visit to Ukraine as a show of support for Ukraine’s fight against Russia

President Biden makes surprise visit to Ukraine
The president arrived in Kyiv on Monday shortly before the first anniversary of Putin’s war on Ukraine.
President Biden arrived in Ukraine’s capital city of Kyiv early Monday morning in a surprise visit just ahead of the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of the country.
Biden delivered remarks and met with Zelensky at Mariinsky Palace to announce an additional half-billion dollars in U.S. assistance. The new assistance includes shells for howitzers, anti-tank missiles, air surveillance radars and other aid but no new advanced weaponry.
The trip is the first time Biden has traveled to Ukraine since Russia launched its invasion one year ago.
Biden was expected to visit Poland on Monday to mark the one-year anniversary since the war began but instead embarked on a nearly 10-hour train ride from the Polish border to visit Ukraine’s capital.
Biden said he visited Ukraine to meet with Zelenskyy and “reaffirm our unwavering and unflagging commitment to Ukraine’s democracy, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”
He noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin was “dead wrong” in believing Ukraine was weak he launched his invasion a year ago.
“I am meeting with President Zelenskyy and his team for an extended discussion on our support for Ukraine,” Biden said. “I will announce another delivery of critical equipment, including artillery ammunition, anti-armor systems, and air surveillance radars to help protect the Ukrainian people from aerial bombardments. And I will share that later this week, we will announce additional sanctions against elites and companies that are trying to evade or backfill Russia’s war machine.”

Biden should have visited Ohio first, then Taiwan, then Ukraine.Taiwan would have been invaded last year if it wasn’t for Ukraine slowing down China’s plans.
This has given us an extra year to prepare. And with an incompetent president in the White House, we need all the extra time we can get to offset that.

I have a neighbor who has been denied an air mattress by Medicare because they only replace them every five years. He is part of what I call “Forgotten Americans”. Look around. You know one of these Americans. But unlawful illegals will get a hotel room which is billed at $450 dollars a night. I am sure they are also receiving a food allowance.
The mattress is $500.
And the whole Ukraine thing? Are Americans worth less than Ukrainians? Are Americans in East Palestine worth nothing? Apparently.

It should be remembered that Vladimir Putin using the Russian military to invade and destroy Ukraine didn’t happen when President Trump was in the White House he kept Putin under control. If Donald Trump would still of President this Putin disaster in Ukraine would not have occurred. Even though Vladimir Putin is a terrible man, it’s important to keep thing in perspective when it comes to the heads of the different nations of this area of the world.
For Volodymyr Zelnskyy who is the President/dictator of Ukraine is also a terrible man.
As he as a tyrant had ordered government persecution of the Ukraine Orthodox Church and its monasteries.
Zelenskyy didn’t dare order government persecution of the mosques and madrasas’ along
with harassment of its imams.
