News 13: The Eleventh Circuit of Appeals heard arguments over a federal mask mandate on Tuesday, Jan. 17. After a Florida federal judge struck down a mask mandate for planes and other transportation last April, the CDC quickly countered by requesting an appeal through the Justice Department. The appeal drew criticism from the U.S. Travel Association, which, along with other industry groups, had been pressuring the Biden administration for months to end the mask mandate for travel (News 13). Katie Pavlich: On April 18, 2022 U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle struck down President Joe Biden’s mask mandate for air and rail transportation. The Department of Justice quickly appealed the decision after a request from the Centers for Disease Control. At the time, the White House admitted the appeal was to preserve the power of the federal government (Townhall).

It si foolish to call this fascism, it proves that like many Americans you do not know what fascism is. It is just a label you love to stick on things you disagree with. Public transport is the one place I always wear a mask even when others do not. Being in a confined space with others is obviously a risky situation. I do not wear a mask because somebody tells me to, I wear it for protection. You know like you Americans think you need to carry guns.

Wearing a mask when YOU choose to wear a mask, is YOUR personal choice …… being FORCED to wear a mask that provides NO PROTECTION from a virus is TYRANNY and, yes, Fascism.
I carry a gun because it is my DUTY to protect my Country, my society, my family and friends.
As a Citizen of the State of Wyoming and the militia thereof, I take my DUTY quite seriously.
Assuming (you call us “you Americans”) you came here to escape “fascism” …. perhaps, had you done YOUR DUTY, you would not have had to “escape”.
Just a thought!
BTW, the Covid virus is 0.1 micros in diameter.
The pore space (the holes) of the std masks are between 40 and 100 microns.
If you capable of doing the math …. area = Pi * radius squared …… you will understand that the pore space is approximately 250,000 larger than the virus.
Oh, and the N-95 mask ….. the pore space is about 0.3 microns. And …… the name “N-95” means that that mask will “stop 95% of particles larger than 0.3 microns. Think about that the next time you put on you sheep suit.

If I carried a Gun it would be to protect myself and Family from sleep walking morons like you that seem to think a wee piece of paper is going to protect you from a Virus that has a 95% recovery rate and soon you will be bowing down to your leader and doing a salute in tune with everybody else that cant think for themselves….

On day during the month of November 2020 when at the local drug store I asked the pharmacist
“Is the mask wearing really an effective protection ,at all, against the coronavirus ?”
In response to that question indignantly replied that the mask is very effective and he sets an example of for mask , by always wearing a mask then he’s not in him home. “
Later during the month of January 2021 he became infected the COVID-19 and died within the very same week that he discovered that he had the coronaviruses.
Just this year, 2022, a man I have known for over fifty years had taken all the COVID -19 vaccinations and always wore a mask outside on his home, even while driving , Nevertheless , became infected with that horrible China virus , Yet unlike that pharmacist, he survived it .

Some brave scientists have come right out and contradicted Anthony Fauci by explaining that the mask advisory mandates for the public heath are at its very best a nothing but a placebo measure.
For a typical mask that people wear is completely useless as a form that protection from the coronavirus because that virus so very small , much smaller than the fibers that make up the cloth of that mask that COVID -19 can easily pass through that mask and enter the person wearing it.
To illustrate this is that wearing a mask to stop the coronavirus is like trying to stop a BB shot out of a BB gun with a tennis net.
On the lighter side, there’s is a very fitting Dr. Seuss type poem.
“I will not wear the stupid mask. I will not wear it here or there, I will not wear it anywhere.
I will not wear it in a plane, I will not wear it in a train. I will not wear it on my ear. I will not wear it out of fear. I will not wear that stupid mask, so don’t even bother to ask.”
