Arizona Judge Makes Final Decision On Kari Lake’s Election Case

54

Despite election officials admitting that 42% of the ballots were “improper” and that the printers were altered on election day,, illegal actions by Hobbs and mass outages on Election Day, Kari Lake’s election challenge gets rejected.

The entire system is rigged, which leaves us with two scenarios. The first one being our election system is completely corrupted and we can’t have a free and fair election (which I believe) or the second, yes there’s some rigging, but the destructive, treasonous Democrats actually did win.

I don’t know which is worse. They’re both terrible horrible realities.

BREAKING: Arizona Judge Makes Final Decision On Kari Lake’s Election Case

By Clayton Keirns, December 24, 2022

The Hill is reporting that an Arizona judge has officially rejected Kari Lake’s attempt to challenge the results of her 2022 midterms “loss” to Katie Hobbs.

Here’s the scoop from The Hill:

An Arizona judge ruled against Kari Lake in her challenge of Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs’s (D) victory, dismissing the highest-profile case challenging the midterm election results.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson following a two-day trial found that Lake had not proven that election officials committed intentional misconduct sufficient to change the race’s outcome.

Lake, who lost to Hobbs by about 17,000 votes, had alleged election officials in Maricopa County intentionally sabotaged her victory by causing Election Day printer malfunctions and violating chain of custody procedures.

The judge made this ruling despite election officials admitting that 42% of the ballots were “improper” and that the printers were altered on election day.

Another Rogue Judge that needs to be removed. This is pathetic. Several Arizona laws were broken. This judge does not follow the law and is owned by the progressive, commie, demos and RINOs.

Kari Lake and her people did not produce one scrap of evidence to the court of intentional misconduct. Nor can you of course, so you make up total ignorant rubbish about a rouge judge.

So “unintentional” misconduct is OK? You’re a much better mind reader than I am.

Kinda sounds like that song I learned in my youth”

“I didn’t know that gun was loaded. And I’ll never ever do it again!”

I’m sure the victim felt much better after hearing those words. Just before he died.

Printers recalled by the manufacture in 2021 used in 2022 to print 19 inch images on 20 inch paper causing the tabulators to reject the ballosts isn’t enough?

The judge changed the AZ Law if you bother to read the actual AZ law. Lake does NOT have to prove intentional only that it could happen. The printers on election day, the day most Republicans vote, Hobbs refusal to debate, a news paper calling the election for Hobbs BEFORE the election, Hobbs caught on video by Project Veritas, Hobbs unethical behavior by not recusing herself from SOS while she is running in an election she is a direct participant in?

What do you need Vanessa? Eye and neural surgery so you can see and think?

Very poor dumb organization is exactly that. It is not intentional misconduct.

Didn’t these officials admit that they’ve known about this problem for the last couple of years? That kinda makes it conscious negligence, if not out right fraud!

Would it have been such an inconvenience to Arizona citizens just to have another election? I don’t think so. Right now you have more than half the people without trust in their governance.

When I worked in data processing one of my responsibilities was to ensure the integrity of Election Night processing in a northern California county. Do do so, we had to pass a series of challenges before, during, and after the actual ballots were counted by our computer.

At one point I asked what would happen if I missed an error that effected the results but that my error was unintentional.

The answer was that my fat butt still went to jail.

That’s how the real world works.

Just because you can’t prove something doesn’t mean Hobb’s is not guilty! OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony are just two cases we ALL know are guilty but they are free. I see it as just another corrupt politician getting elected.

In part, we have Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and the entire abortion culture to thank for Casey Anthony’s murderous actions, however much her responsibility, in the end, they were. Because for years they have long hammered the drumbeat she came to believe about her daughter – that children are an unwanted, unwelcome, insurmountable, undue burden that hold a mother down and that women would be happier if they didn’t have any children at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if those who found her not guilty agreed with that insidious philosophy. You don’t bash motherhood and children and then not expect some women to act in a certain way that is NFG.

There was as much virulent sexism and misogyny towards her as there was evident-as-the-day-is-short-in-winter racism towards Herschel Walker in the Georgia race. Besides those attacking Ms. Lake clearly being on the side of illegal aliens, drug cartels, human smugglers, teachers unions, groomers, race baiters et al. By repeating those tropes, that makes you on the side of evil.

Asking for a fair hearing from many judges is a fool’s errand and this must be appealed. Why do judges have sovereign immunity when they seem to rule against the law? Elected or appointed – h0w did this judge get his job? What is this judge’s political party of record? We place too much power in judges and their decisions including many of the leftists on SCOTUS. Judges are politicized as are most things in the country including medicine and education. We cannot tolerate crooked elections and need to fix this travesty for starts up to the 2020 one.

It the election was not conducted properly I do not understand why it had to be due to misconduct to be redone? Dickens was correct about the Law being a ass a idiot. The only way anyone can trust any election is if it is fair and free from errors that could impact the outcome. This judge seems bought and paid for and the people and plaintiffs of the state must appeal.

The NEW WORLD ORDER leaders and their lieutenants would NEVER admit to orchestrating this deception and depravity on the good, decent American people because THAT admission would mean that they would all be convicted of TREASON…!! WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE..????

“WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE..???? ” As this is the ‘end of the road’, the kast days of the 6,000 years that God gave mankind, there is only two ways to go, up or down. Since God created us all as eternal beings, we will all live somewhere for eternity, it’s up to us to choose ‘where’?
My vote is to spend eternity with the God who created me and loves me soooooo much that He sent His only Son to die, in my place, so I could share the awesome eternity He has prepared for those ‘who love Him, and are called unto His purpose’.
He gave us the right to choose if we want to believe Him or not, so it really is up to us to choose our eternal destiny.
So now you, Cowgil, have to decide for yourself, by yourself, if you want to ‘choose’ eternal life in Heaven or eternal life in Hell. Everything you are to this point in your life is a result of the choices you have made. Don’t blow this one.
Merry Christmas……

I take a deeper dive into this with the two counts that were accepted for trial – both addressing criminal misconduct rather than voter disenfranchisement. The judge chose not to even hear the larger case. It was still a good working forum for the Lake team to publish some of the misconduct.
The judicial decision obviously leaves the eight other counts open for review, as well as the central matter that the Lake team filed with the court – voter disenfranchisement. It might well be that the judge did not want to be on the blame line, but would hear more if some superior court supported the larger suit and remanded action back to him. Time will tell.

We might as well not vote, just let the democrats generate the ballots to be counted.

Be prepared for the long hall. Peter Thompson Joins Maricopa election officials and the Board Of Supervisors in saying that no matter how much forensic evidence and testimony we present it was, is and will be insufficient. This is a spiritual battle intended to extinguish our hope for justice under the rule of law. Our duty is to preserve the record and prosecute our remedies. We must not allow ourselves to become dismayed at the corruption WE have permitted through decades of trusting corruptible men in place of vigilance. Let’s continue to support this effort financially.

Was this a hearing? Was it held in criminal or civil court? There was no jury which is VERY telling in and of itself. Exactly what was plaintiff expected to prove? NONE of this is clear. She EASILY met the burden of proof in civil court. Since when is it NOT the responsibility of the state to prove criminality, but that burden in shifted to the public?

I was hoping, but I figured the decision would be against Lake. What convinced me that Lake was to lose, was during the final representation by Hobbs lawyer to the judge. He talked down to the judge, insulted him, told the judge what his job was. Then he threatened the judge and did not cover things presented in the trial. Instead he talked about things that had no bearing on the case. The lawyers obvious attitude of superiority and his arrogance. All told me that he knew he had this one in the bag. The judge is a spineless servant of the Evil that has gripped our world. Lake won that election but to stay in power the Left will always cheat. There is only ONE way to stop this. The Ballot Box isn’t it and never will be again.
