Newsbusters: On Sunday’s Meet the Press, viewers learned that there are indeed Democrat lies so preposterous even Chuck Todd won’t fall for them. During his exclusive interview with Vice President Kamala Harris, Todd appeared flabbergasted by Harris’s claim that the southern border is secure. Towards the end of a wide ranging interview that touched on topics from the 2022 midterms to abortion, Todd asked Harris about the ongoing crisis at the southern border in which a record number of illegals have been crossing over into the United States (Newsbusters). Reporter Brent Baker: Even @ChuckTodd befuddled. To VP Kamala Harris: “We’re going to have two million people cross this border for the first ever. You’re confident this border is secure” (Twitter). Breitbart: Harris said, “I think that there is no question we have to do what the president and I asked Congress to do, the first request we made, pass a bill to create a pathway to citizenship.” She added, “The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system in particular over the last four years before we came in, and it needs to be fixed” (Breitbart).
