As Geller Report warned back in 2021: Noncitizen Voting in Vermont Part of Democrats’ ‘Long Game’
Unconstitutional? Is it ever. Does it matter? Not according to the Democrat party of treason who is on a furious rampage to shred the Constitution. You can bet your life if these noncitizens voted Republican this would be blowing up the Democrat government media complex ululating about “a threat to democracy!’ Indeed it is.
US citizenship means noting. Our borders mean nothing. Our elections mean nothing. This will not end well.

Vermont Court Shocks: Non-Citizens Can Now Vote

The Vermont Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the city of Montpelier didn’t violate the state constitution by allowing foreign nationals to vote in municipal elections.
The lawsuit stemmed from a 2018 amendment to Montpelier’s charter, which permits “noncitizen voters” to “register to vote in Montpelier City elections.” The amendment was placed on that year’s general election ballot and approved by voters.
Vermont Gov. Phil Scott, a Republican, vetoed the General Assembly’s authorization of the changes in June 2021, only to have his veto overridden.
Since its adoption in 1777, Chapter II, Section 42 of the Vermont Constitution has been listing U.S. citizenship as a requirement one must meet to be entitled to “the privileges of a voter in this state.” Friday’s decision (pdf), however, said legal precedent and a close reading of the provision proved that local elections can have different voter qualifications from statewide elections. Everyone on the Vermont supreme court, needs to be removed and charged with treason. No non -citizen any where in the US should be voting in any of our elections.

The Election was stolen,cheated and covered.

First it’ll be allowing illegals to vote in city elections because, you know, they live here too. Then it’ll be, “Well, they are citizens.” “They should be allowed to vote in state elections. And finally, the argument will be on a national level because otherwise it’s racist. And, it seems that anyone that wants to follow the rule of law is racist. This is why you hear the media refer to illegal immigrants as illegal citizens. It’s like the word game of democracy. The US is not a democracy. It is a Republic. By the media using the word “citizen” they are inferring a legality to someone that is in the U.S. ILLEGALLY. The definition of NON-CITIZEN. What part of IL, which means not, attached to LEGAL, creating the word “ILLEGAL”, does everyone miss? Not Legal. This means that by being in this country, without going through the proper and legal ways to enter the U.S., you are committing a crime.

We MUST take our Republic back …… by force if need be ……. deadly force if we must.
The Law is THE LAW …… if not ….. then there is no Law, and all bets are off.
It is our Duty to protect the Republic, if those we “hire” to do the job will not do it, if falls to We, The People, to do so in their stead ……. even if we must protect the Republic from those hired to do so.

I am sending a letter to Texas Governor Abbott today suggesting the next 1000 busloads of illegals be immediately sent to Montpelier and they continue to send them until two things happen, the provision is repealed by the City Council and Sanders is removed from office. It’s time to dump about a million of these scum into Vermont and let them deal with the expense and crime and chaos.

This means that the US would have over one billion immigrants, four immigrants for each citizen. At least 10% of these immigrants have no or very low work skills. Also, the immigrant birth rate is higher than domestic birth rate.

Conservative states should pass a law no illegals allowed. Either jail until leave the state or return to home country. If states can be sanctuary places and allow voting then they should be able to control their borders with anti sanctuary law.

I live in Arizona and really think the idea of bussing a few hundred thousand illegals to Vermont might not be such a bad idea? Only problem will be finding enough rooms at Hilton suites…. they can be picky about how they live…
