Tesla mogul and twitter CEO Elon Musk polled users late Sunday, asking if he should “step down as head of Twitter” and vowing to “abide by the results of this poll.”
Here’s the thing, all things are not equal. For YEARS, those of us who spoke truth to power have been banned, silenced, shadowbanned, our followers shaved en masse The right has been crippled on this platform. The left – the crazier, the more vicious – took over. This is their platform. The voter base is skewed.

I don’t believe any one man can save the Republic. But Elon’s purchase of Twitter was a good start.
Elon Musk appeared destined to quit running Twitter Monday after more than 10 million users voted for him to step down less than two months after he bought the social media platform for $44 billion.
The Tesla mogul had polled users late Sunday, asking if he should “step down as head of Twitter” and vowing to “abide by the results of this poll.”
With more than 17.5 million voting in the online poll, that meant more than 10 million users wanted to see Twitter no longer be run by Musk, who is once again the world’s richest man.
Musk did not immediately comment on the poll’s results. But he’d earlier insisted that no one was lined up to replace him.
“No one wants the job who can actually keep Twitter alive. There is no successor,” he tweeted after warning users to “be careful what you wish, as you might get it.”

Musk knew exactly what the outcome of a vote would be. He just took the vote to give him an out. His comments about opening twitter to Free speech is putting too much heat on him as well as the threats on his and the lives of his family. Unless Musk sets the rules the one who will be the CEO can set the terms of for censorship.
As smart as he is – why – would he do that right now with so many liberal nutbags still there and so much left he needs to do
