Dem City Will Pay $600,000 To Protesters For Injuries Sustained In 2020 George Floyd Demonstrations

A federal court Wednesday approved Minneapolis, Minnesota’s agreement to pay 12 protesters a combined $600,000 for injuries sustained during 2020 demonstrations over George Floyd’s murder.
The agreement settled a lawsuit brought by American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota (ACLU-MN) on the protesters’ behalf, and bars Minneapolis from arresting or using physical force including chemical agents against people demonstrating legally, according to a Wednesday ACLU-MN press release. The Minnesota U.S. District Court’s injunction concluding the lawsuit Wednesday mandates body-camera recordings for Minneapolis officers deployed to protests and limits their use of chemical agents for peaceful protest dispersion.
“Tear gas, foam bullets and pepper spray became weapons for intimidating and hurting protesters, making it dangerous for people to exercise their First Amendment rights,” ACLU-MN Legal Director Teresa Nelson said. “We hope this settlement sends a message to law enforcement across Minnesota that this violation of our constitutional rights will not be tolerated.”

The $600,000 settlement payment will be divided among the 12 protesters, the press release said. Protesters claimed to have been tear-gassed and shot with rubber bullets and foam, with plaintiffs allegedly suffering bruises and lingering respiratory problems.
A Minneapolis Police Department public information officer sent the Daily Caller News Foundation a Wednesday statement by Minneapolis City Attorney Kristyn Anderson.

The big fraud, where a career criminal and net liability to society, george floyd died not from suffocation by a knee to the back of his neck but to an overdose from meth and amphetamines. (ACCORDING TO THE AUTOPSY REPORT) The criminals of antifa and black lies matter should have been kept off the streets by curfew and anyone in violation should have been shot dead. Giving in to thugs and liars is not the way to maintain order.

Which is that George Floyd was a vicious hardened criminal therefore it’s very wrong to make some kind of a “hero” out of hooligan was such criminal that he not was not only on drugs but was also involved in drug trafficking .
Mr. Floyd was so totally despicable that he even entered a pregnant woman’s home under a false premise of deception to let his lawless ruffians lot her home , all the while he threateningly pointed a gun to that pregnant woman’s stomached ‘You better cooperate.”
