These are the extremist student leaders of the anti-Israel protest camp bringing Columbia to its knees

The anti-Israel tent encampment at Columbia University is being led by a cohort of controversial student leaders — some of whom express solidarity with Hamas and say “Zionists don’t deserve to live.”
These students are the ones negotiating directly with leaders of the Ivy League university — holding campus hostage with dozens of tents and hundreds of protesters splayed out on the lawn in Morningside Heights.
One of the most prominent faces in the protest camp is Khymani James, a spokesperson for Columbia United Apartheid Divest, which is demanding that the university divest from any company that does business with the Israeli military — which includes a wide swath of the Fortune 500.
James — who describes himself as queer and uses the pronouns he/she/them — made headlines this week for a resurfaced video that showed them saying that “Zionists don’t deserve to live.”
James issued a half-hearted apology, but placed the onus of the controversy on “far-right agitators.”
Hours later, he was banned from the school’s campus, a school spokesperson confirmed Friday.
Columbia did not make it clear, however, whether barring James from the campus meant he was suspended or permanently expelled.
The school also declined to comment on whether the student had been, or would be, disciplined for the remarks other than their banishment.
“Calls of violence and statements targeted at individuals based on their religious, ethnic or national identity are unacceptable and violate university policy,” a spokesperson told the paper, declining to say whether the student had been, or would be, disciplined for the remarks.
When Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) visited campus on Thursday — with her daughter, suspended Barnard College student Isra Hirsi, in tow — she was spotted shaking hands with James.
As a result of the protests — and complaints that Jewish students no longer feel safe going to class while paying $90,000 per year — the university announced that students would be allowed to attend online for the rest of the year.
These students have also forced university officials to wave the white flag on trying to break up the camp. Late Thursday, they dropped a deadline they had attempted to enforce that demanded the protesters leave by Friday morning.
By Friday afternoon, the leaders crowed that they were winning: “We are not actually negotiating on the state of the encampment as of now,” Palestinian graduate student Mahmoud Khalil, one of the protesters’ lead negotiators, told The Post Friday afternoon.
Instead, the negotiations were starting with Columbia addressing their divestment demands, they said.

Qatar supporting that Muslim terrorist organizations and it doesn’t stop with that insidious evil .Qatar has, the stealth jihad , has infiltrated and influenced many universities and colleges in the United Kingdom and across the United States.

Many of those young college and university students don’t know or understand that history reveals that the ancient Philistines recorded in the Bible and history came from the Greek Islands and some parts of the mainland Greece. They have no connection, at all, the to the Arab /Muslim of modern times who called themselves the “Palestinians.”
From those ancient people, the Philistines, the word “Palestine” .came into being.
There is no genuine ethic group or race who are the “Palestinians.”
Early in the last century a anyone living in that land, Arab or Jew, who lived in that land was called a ”Palestinian.”
Only after 1964 did the Arab/Muslims start to refer to themselves , exclusively , by the word “Palestinian.”
The reason for that is that they felt that by giving themselves that title they would appear to have some kind of valid claim on that land.
Indeed , there never was a “Palestinian state.”

No, it didn’t. The claim that the name Palestine comes from the Philistines is erroneous. In fact, the Romans renamed the region Judea as Syria Palestina. The name Palestine was derived from the Roman god of shepherds and herders, called “Pales,” and the “-tina” suffix, which means “follower of” in Roman Latin. The region’s primary agriculture was herding and shepherding, hence Palestine means “Follower of Pales” in Latin, or colloquially, Land of Shepherds and Herders. Philistines had nothing to do with name as the Philistines were long gone from the area and the history.

A large and terrible number of American universities, as Columbia University, and colleges across the United States are very anti_-Jewish and likewise anti-Israel. Therefore those institutions of “higher education” are ,in essence, very un-American.
