It seems the ISIS-K terrorist group (sounds like a delta variant of a virus) for the last few years has gotten more vocal about their opposition to Iran.
And since Russia and Iran are allies, and Mr. Putin has been helping Syria gas children; ISIS-K waited for an opportunity to strike.

I really feel for Russian women and children who lost their husbands, brothers, and sons. And at the Russian music festival. I pray fir Israel to stay strong. People don’t line yourself up to support HAM-A$$. I’m surprised that world govts allow palestine to protest world wide?! We collectively want peace, we don’t want newcomers to continue this crapola.

Unfortunately, Putin has been allied with Hamas, Iran, Syria, and Hezzbolah since 2006.
ISIS-K in recent years has grown more anti-Iran and anti-Syria, and hence possibly why they attacked Moscow. Since Putin has been helping Syria gas it’s children.

Abdullah Hakim al-Sishani of the Ukrainian Military factions, a 1990s CIA built up Chechen commander and former leader of Ajnad al-Kavkaz (Soldiers of the Caucasus or AK). who fought also recently in Syria along with what is believed to be an ISIS faction, has been open source identified by the Russians as the leader of the massacre.
Likely at least one of the arrested terrorists talked, and there was allegedly a facial recognition and name match. The biggest splash he has made prior to this concert massacre this year was his early January 2023 arrival and participation with the Ukrainian Military. So in effect, 14 months of military participation with the Ukrainians removes deniability from the Ukrainians for this massacre.
The question is, was the CIA and DOD and US Department of State also in on the massacre? Was this approved by Victoria Nuland in part before she left and set so far ahead in motion that it could not be stopped, which is why there is a claim that US Intelligence allegedly tried to forewarn Putin as damage control, even though they had no specific knowledge of a specific target or location?
I think the next step up may be battlefield fuel-air explosives over NATO and Ukrainian troops, but we’ll see. Putin has to non-nuclear escalate while preventing excessive repercussions, it seems to me.

Let’s take a close look at the KNOWN facts. First, we know that 52 Current and former big shots in the US intelligence agencies openly declared before the 2020 election that the Hunter LapTop revelations were “Russian misinformation.” We know the group was organized by SOS Blinkin. We know they all knowingly lied. We know the US directed if not destroyed the NordStream Pipeline, an attack by the US on all of our NATO partners. We can believe from this that our entire intelligence apparatus is staffed and operated by Deep Staters dedicated to lies furthering political objectives.I could point to many other instances, but these are the most compelling and not subject to challenge. Now, we also know the US and British embassies in Russia sent out a bulletin warning their nationals not to attend any large gathering in the Moscow area citing “signal” intelligence. We also know that Russia’s military victories in Ukraine have upset the woke, commie, Leftists that run USA and Britain. They want revenge on Russia. They want to intimidate Russia. Perhaps, they are resorting to terror. I would not be surprised if the CIA and MI6 were not involved in the training and execution of this terror attack. Not surprised at all.

First, there was that horrendously evil and murderous jihadist bombing at a music concert in the city of Manchester , England on May, 22,2017 in which 22 people had been murdered and many more severely injured , most of the victims had been young girls and young women.
Then on October, there was those horrific murders by the jihadists of Hamas at a music festival in the State of Israel on October 7th 2023 in which 260 young people had been viciously murdered by those jihadists, who also committed many other many other Islamic atrocities.
Now just this month on March 22, 2024 on the outskirts of Moscow at another music concert there were more jihadists shootings and mass murders in which 137 people had killed by Muslim terrorists in their jihad and at least 145 more people had been harmed.
Islam which its jihadists hates music and it also hates people. It hates them to death.

The terrible truth and harsh reality is that many times history repeats itself, as then evil happenings repeatedly do reoccur especially when it comes to the subject of the violent and deadly religion that is Islam.
As with that October 7th. 2023 murderous jihadists attacks against all those young people at that music festival, which was intended by the Israeli’s to be a joyful event but the vicious and death infecting jihadist of Hamas turned it into a tragic event.
