“Now, it’s clear to me that a majority of Republican primary voters wanna give Donald Trump another chance.”

“Trump is superior to the current incumbent, Joe Biden. That is clear. I signed a pledge to support the Republican nominee and I will honor that pledge. He has my endorsement because we can’t go back to the old Republican guard of yesteryear.”

UPDATE: Trump responds:

‘Very honored to have his endorsement’

DeSantis suspends 2024 Presidential Campaign

Former President Trump said he is “very honored” by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ endorsement, telling Fox News Digital he is looking forward “to working together with him to beat Joe Biden.”

DeSantis suspended his 2024 presidential campaign on Sunday, and endorsed Trump.

“Very honored to have his endorsement,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “I look forward to working together with him to beat Joe Biden, who is the worst and most corrupt president in the history of our country.”

The Florida governor announced his decision to drop out in social media video on X, formally known as Twitter, on Sunday afternoon.

“It’s clear to me that a majority of Republican primary voters want to give Donald Trump another chance. They watched his presidency get stymied by relentless resistance and they see Democrats using lawfare to this day to attack him,” DeSantis said Sunday. “While I have had disagreements with Donald Trump, such as on the coronavirus pandemic and his elevation of Anthony Fauci, Trump is superior to the current incumbent, Joe Biden. That is clear.”

DeSantis said Trump has his endorsement “because we can’t go back to the old Republican guard of yesteryear – a repackaged form of warmed-over corporatism — that Nikki Haley represents.”

Trump won the Iowa Caucuses last Monday, solidifying his standing as the frontrunner. Trump is leading by double digits in New Hampshire ahead of Haley.

It may be too late for Rino DeSanctis …

… which sad because the pro-Americans have very few competent executives with government experience, but Ron caved to the donor class and the establishment … which shows a terrible lack of judgment …

At least he’s not Nikki … 😉

Forgive. But don’t forget; he’s gullible to cave to the whims of the Communist purse and influence.

Don’t trust Ramaswamy. He’s just an infiltrate with an anti-Trump history, who merely mimick Trump’s talking points to gain traction. These Indians are similar to Muslims: You can NEVER trust them.

I strongly disagree.
There is a huge difference between Indians and Muslims.
I don’t understand how you can compare them at all.

P. S. As for Ramaswamy, I agree.

Don’t forget the Leftists consider Ramaswamy a “danger”. Quoting Van Jones and others on mSSnbc. “He is a danger for the next 50 years”.

At least DeSantis is baking his master. If it wasn’t for Trump DeSantis would not be in politics or governor. He did too much damage against Trump, but I will vote for him in 2028.

I Think President Trump should pick Ron DeSantis for VP because he aligns with his values.

Ron DeSantis’ campaign was overambitious and premature. It cost over $130,000,000 in donations (not a cent from me), detracted from the front runner (Trump), and diverted DeSantis from governing Florida. Like Chris Christie’s and Nikki Haley’s run, it was ultimately in vain. He should have waited for 2028. Vanity of vanities!
