Again, Israel knew that concrete was being used for nefarious purposes, and they were forced to allow this concrete into Gaza. One can make the case that the entire world is guilty of crimes against humanity.
Israel needs to present that case before The Hague.

Can the IDF send a herd of swine into the tunnels and flush out those on jihad?
In theory, if the Hamas shoot the pig and its blood gets on them, they are defiled and cannot go into paradise should they be terminated.
