Jewish students at Cooper Union College in New York City have been locked inside the library for their own safety.

There is a large crowd of anti-Israeli protesters banging on the doors to intimidate them.

A group of Jewish students were forced to flee a braying mob of pro-Palestine activists inside a New York City college on Wednesday, locking themselves in a library while the crowd hammered on the door.

Ugly scenes unfolded at Cooper Union, a liberal college near Astor Place in Manhattan, on Wednesday afternoon.

A crowd chanting ‘Free, free Palestine’ were initially held in the lobby of the building.

But they barged past a security guard, who yelled, hopelessly: ‘No!’

They then stormed up the stairs and hammered on the door of the library, where the Jewish students had taken refuge. The people inside the library were later freed.

No one was injured, and the protest has been dispersed, The Messenger reported.

An NYPD source told DailyMail.com no arrests have been made.

This generation of students is the most lost and wrong of all American History.
So craven that they ally with their captors at the implied threat of violence right here on the street, face to face, and feed everyone else to the crocodiles so they’ll eat them last.
Now they won’t say “Jew” in their hysterical ranting and raving, because it too closely links them with the worst butchers and brownshirts the world has seen. So they hide behind the defused euphemism “Zionist” for the millions they want to slaughter.

IT IS ALL ABOUT TO EXPLODE. As soon as Israel begins its ground invasion, this kind of stuff is going into high gear everywhere. We haven’t seen anything yet compared to what’s just around the corner (this wknd?). I can only imagine the mix of feelings that I would have had if I was one of those locked in that library. Terror at first, then rage at all those who did nothing to stop this from going as far as it has.

I think we are seeing the end. The fuse of God’s destiny has been lit.
