UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres accused Israel of violating international law in its retaliation against the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip and called for an immediate truce that would leave the terrorist organization in power after it massacred over 1,400 Israelis in the worst mass killing of Jews since the Holocaust.

The horrible irony of all this is the UN was founded over seventy years ago in the wake of the Holocaust to ensure “never again.” Democracies, both nascent and well-established, comprised the majority of the founding nations of the UN. America was confident that the UN would be an organization which would work in tandem with American national interests in promoting the welfare of humankind and the basic rights of every human spirit.

Instead the UN has made it its mission to destroy the Jewish state and work furiously to make it happen again ….. and again. It has become the very thing it was founded to defeat. It’s sinister obsession with Israel it a sort of genocidal Tourette‘s. It keeps coming back to it like a dog to it’s own vomit.
I will not meet with the UN Secretary-General. After the October 7th massacre, there is no place for a balanced approach. Hamas must be erased off the face of the planet!

Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations ripped the “horrible views” of U.N. Secretary General António Guterres expressed at a meeting of the Security Council on Tuesday and called on him to resign.
Ambassador Gilad Erdan called the secretary-general’s speech “shocking” for stating that the Oct. 7 terror attacks on Israel by Hamas “did not happen in a vacuum.”
“The shocking speech by the @UN Secretary-General at the Security Council meeting, while rockets are being fired at all of Israel, proved conclusively, beyond any doubt, that the Secretary-General is completely disconnected from the reality in our region and that he views the massacre committed by Nazi Hamas terrorists in a distorted and immoral manner,” Erdan posted on X, formerly Twitter.
“His statement that, ‘the attacks by Hamas did not happen in a vacuum,’ expressed an understanding for terrorism and murder. It’s really unfathomabale [sic]. It’s truly sad that the head of an organization that arose after the Holocaust holds such horrible views. A tragedy!”
Erdan then demanded that Guterres resign.
“The @UN Secretary-General, who shows understanding for the campaign of mass murder of children, women, and the elderly, is not fit to lead the UN,” he wrote in a follow-up post.
“I call on him to resign immediately.
“There is no justification or point in talking to those who show compassion for the most terrible atrocities committed against the citizens of Israel and the Jewish people. There are simply no words.”

6 months agoOne thing this war that Israel is fighting against Hamas, the terrorist organization that brutally attacked Israel is that there is a lot of anti-semitism and a lot of hatred of Jewish people in this world. There is a situation developing in the world that is a lot like Nazi Germany before World War II. This anti-semitism extends to the United Nations which has a number of Muslim countries as members that hate the nation of Israel and hate the Jewish people. The United Nations has become a useless organization that the United States should withdraw its membership from this organization.

For many years they have been supporting the terrorist countries. The US needs to stop supporting the UN. As has been said many times before, The US needs to get out of the UN and the UN needs to get out of the US. Guterres, needs to be removed from the UN and stuffed in a Gutter.

6 months agoInteresting those who defend Hamas but don’t want them in their country. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and this a.m. Queen Raina heartily condemned Israel for Israel’s continued attack on Hamas. But she doesn’t want Hamas in her country. It would appear that those who are condemning Israel have forgotten that International Law condones Israel attacking Hamas.
