JUST IN: New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan is considering a plan to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment.
They’re going to rig the 2024 election, but this time they’re not even trying to hide it.

The plan was introduced by Trump-endorsed attorney Bryant Messner, who ran for a state senate seat in 2020.
The pair met on Friday to discuss the plan.
“I really don’t view myself as turning on Trump, as odd as that sounds. I love this country. I’ve served this country. I’ve taken an oath to this country. My sons are serving right now and I believe someone’s got to step up to defend the Constitution.”
“Someone needs to take some action legally so this thing can get in front of the Supreme Court sooner rather than later to interpret this section.”

New Hampshire Secretary Of State Weighs Plan To Remove Trump From 2024 Presidential Ballot

New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan is weighing options with the state attorney general on whether former President Donald Trump can be removed from the 2024 presidential ballot under the 14th Amendment.
A number of leftist legal scholars have advanced the plan in recent weeks, including Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Laurence Tribe and retired federal judge J. Michael Luttig, who laid out their argument in an article for The Atlantic. “The disqualification clause operates independently of any such criminal proceedings and, indeed, also independently of impeachment proceedings and of congressional legislation,” they wrote. “The clause was designed to operate directly and immediately upon those who betray their oaths to the Constitution, whether by taking up arms to overturn our government or by waging war on our government by attempting to overturn a presidential election through a bloodless coup.”
The disqualification argument boils down to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which says that a public official is not eligible to assume public office if they “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the United States, or had “given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof,” unless they are granted amnesty by a two-thirds vote of Congress.
New Hampshire attorney Bryant “Corky” Messner — who was previously endorsed by Trump for one of the state’s U.S. Senate seats in 2020 — is reportedly responsible for getting Scanlan to review the plan. Messner recently announced that he will sue to make sure Scanlan enforces the Fourteenth Amendment against Trump.
“I really don’t view myself as turning on Trump, as odd as that sounds,” Messner told ABC News. “I love this country. I’ve served this country. I’ve taken an oath to this country. My sons are serving right now and I believe someone’s got to step up to defend the Constitution.”
“Someone needs to take some action legally so this thing can get in front of the Supreme Court sooner rather than later to interpret this section,” he added.
Scanlan’s office confirmed that Messner and Scanlan met Friday to discuss the merits of the plan, though the secretary of state will consult with the state attorney general before deciding on further action. “Secretary Scanlan will be conferring with the New Hampshire Attorney General and other legal counsel on this issue; however, he believes any action taken under this Constitutional provision will have to be based on Judicial guidance,” Scanlan’s communications director Anna Sventek told ABC News.

The left loves to misread the 14th A and do so with illegal alien anchor babies when it was written for the newly freed slaves and it was required to pass the Indian Citizenship Act of 1921 to grant Native Americans citizenship.

Donald J. Trump is running for president. He is running for president whether or not he wins the GOP primary. He is running for President even if he’s not on some ballots. This is the fundamental truth of 2024. All else is noise.
During the 2016 cycle, Trump angered Republican grandees by refusing to rule out an independent bid for the White House, shrewdly protecting himself against underhanded machinations by maintaining maximum freedom of action. There is every reason to think that he would have pursued this course had he lost the nomination, especially if his loss had been attributable to the meddling of GOP bigwigs.
Having pointed out this fact, I suggest it may be a good idea to address and dispense with the notion of the woke commies to keep DJT off the ballot because of some weird interpretation of the 14th Amendment. Let them remove him from the ballot in NH, and let the courts rule, if necessary up to SCOTUS. I expect Trump will be restored, but if not then we know that the rule of law is dead and can organize to take appropriate action to restore it, or at least die making the attempt.

This bullshittery could indeed cause violent civil unrest, perhaps including bloodshed. Unfortunately, to throw a monkey wrench into the Leftist Plotting, Trump has to be proven guilty of insurrection or equivalent crime. Insurrection or attempted overthrow of the US Government would first have to be proven in a court of law and at present, this is simply another Leftist unsubstantiated claim in a continued attempt to complete their own attempt to overthrow the US Government by blocking a candidate from being elected. This, in itself is a prima facie attempt to abrogate the US Citizen’s right to vote for the candidate of their choice is unconstitutional, and what I consider to be a criminal attempt to interfere with the election for the position of President of The United States.
