The tyrannical indictment is 49 pages long. Trump faces a whopping 100 YEARS in prison if convicted of all charges and given the max on each one. This would mean he would die behind bars, which is what the Regime wants.
The moral rot and extraordinary corruption and criminality is fast destroying the greatest country in human history. So exceptional was America, we will not see the likes of it again.

his is just a lot of noise to try to generate pressure on Trump, or pressure on the Justice Department to go after Trump. There’s no there there. How do I know that? Because I went before the grand jury and was harassed for four hours, where we argued about this Clinton-Sakharov case.

You go into the grand jury room, I don’t have a lawyer, so your lawyers are sitting outside. So if an issue comes up in the grand jury you have to consult your lawyer about, you have to leave the jury room. It’s a smallish room, 23-25 people sitting in there, it was full. And I had three prosecutors asking me questions about this issue about the records, the disputes about the Biden election, and my response generally is, “I don’t understand why you’re going after Trump when you protected Bill Clinton” and “Doesn’t the first amendment protect the ability to dispute elections?”
So it was a debate, it was like being on MSNBC for four hours.
FOX BUSINESS HOST: Did they try to intimidate you?
FITTON: They sure did, that’s how I took it. At one point, one of the prosecutors said, “Do you plan to talk about this testimony, what happened here today?”
I said, “I don’t know, maybe to my lawyers.”
And then he asked me again, “Do you plan to talk about it?”
I said, “I don’t know, it’s out there publicly.” And then he asked me a third time and i said I don’t know.
And then he said, “By the way, you are allowed to talk about it.”
I said to him, “You know, given your questions, it’s a little bit chilling.”
And so, he’s trying to get me to swear before a grand jury not to talk when I had every right to talk. That was so abusive and I’m still ticked about that. We may follow up on it.

Former DOJ Attorney Jeffrey Clark states that this finding is grounds for granting a motion indicating jury pool poisoning and dismissing the indictment.

Hillary Clinton was supposed to murdered this nation before we ever saw just how bad it really was/is. Obama set the stage for the hit, and Hillary was our assassin. What other job would require a sadistic, power hungry, ruthless, perverted psychopath like Hillary?
We have suffered over a century of theft and murder and betrayal. They are commuted to finishing us off before we realize just how much damage they have done, what they really intent to do, and who they really are.

After this vicious hoax of “legal indictments” against Donald Trump, which is political persecution and malicious harassment all blows over , much later in time it will much in the annals of future history books certainly will, with honest and ethical historians who write only truth, will print what an outstanding good President Donald Trump was and that he just and fair man who stood for justice and accomplished must for the advancement of the United States in only four years in Office.
In contrast future good quality history books will reveal what a despicable and evil man President imposter Joe Biden was and how he did and still does everything wrong and terrible to tear down the United States and cause her to become a third world power.
So much so that the name of Joe Biden will rot in American history.

In 7 years they never had any concrete evidence against Trump and never will. All of the offenses the progressive, commie, demons, accused Trump, of they were them selves guilty of. They all need to be hanging from the nearest tree.

Perhaps just wishful thinking on my part – but there are many Cuban-Americans in the Miami area, many of them are conservatives and probably voted for Trump. I would hope at least one of them can see through this obfuscation and see there are no grounds for these charges and will not support a verdict of guilt. This is a very long leap from innocuous boxes of data to the espionage act.

and we should remember the old legal canard, “a good prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich.” He’s yet to be convicted and by all accounts this is a weak case. Even Maddow admitted that this is just to get him to drop out of the race because the Democrats are scared to death of him opposing Biden in November ’24. My people have a saying “Yesher Koach, Mr. President.”

Not wise to make a man who has 75 million supporters into a martyr . The most likely scenario is for Judge Cannon, appointed by Trump,and who has previously ruled in his favor on related matters, and to which this case has been assigned in Miami will dismiss the case and sanction Jack Smith and the DOJ for election interference. Thus will seal Trump’s election in 2024, and you can imagine the revenge Trump and his 75-100 million supporters will have on the Obiden Junta and their aiders and abetters. This is the fear that is causing them to tremble sleeplessly at night knowing that a jail cell and worse is likely in their near immediate future. Judge Cannon understands this scenario and looks forward to her appointment to SCOTUS by President Trump. The alternative scenario is civil war.
