Eyewitness Defends Marine Veteran in Chokehold Scandal

In a recent incident on a New York City train, Marine veteran Daniel Penny found himself in a life-or-death situation when a mentally unstable man, Jordan Neely, began threatening passengers. What unfolded next has sparked a heated debate, with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charging Penny with second-degree manslaughter. However, a witness, who prefers to remain anonymous, passionately supports Penny’s actions and questions the decision to prosecute him.

According to the witness, who has lived in New York City for over 50 years, Neely’s erratic behavior created a terrifying situation for everyone on the train. Neely’s aggressive threats and refusal to be reasoned with caused panic among passengers, leaving them feeling trapped. In this chaotic moment, Penny stepped forward to protect his fellow passengers, risking his own safety.

The witness vividly describes the tense atmosphere on the train and commends Penny for waiting until the last possible moment to intervene. She firmly believes that Penny’s actions were driven by self-defense and a genuine concern for the well-being of those around him. Multiple passengers, including the witness, expressed gratitude to Penny after the incident.

Prosecutors argue that Penny continued to hold Neely even after he stopped moving. That blind irrational folly many areas of America are now infecting with.

This Marine veteran, Daniel Perry, was acting appropriately and responsibly by using force to subdue that dangerous hostile vicious ruffian who would not respond to reason.

DA Alvin Bragg is not only corrupt but he’s also unconscionably unethical by pressing criminal charges against Penny , who was in the right by that action he took.

Bragg is despicable for those charges he’s against Perry.

Bragg making that good just man, Perry, out to be some kind of “bad guy” is an affront to justice.

That horrible Bragg is also by this committing an abomination onto God. For the Bible informs its reader that “He who justifies the wicked and condemns the just, both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord.” Proverbs 17:15. [N.K.J.V.]

The Bible further reads “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” Isaiah 5:20.

Doesn’t matter. God Almighty Himself could testify for Daniel Perry and Bragg will still charge while any NYC jury will still convict.

Heroes like Daniel Perry are exactly the kind of people that the new woke military does NOT want in the service.

It does matter what God thinks Joey — very much so. Yes, Bragg will be Bragg as you say, but that does not eliminate the need to acknowledge that God believes in self-defense which proves Bragg is wrong. Noni Darwish a former Muslim who became a supporter of Israel once said, ‘In Islamic countries, people have learned to look the other way when bad things happen.’ Understanding what she said means that to intervene left defenders open to being accused of apostasy and/or offending the prophet. Both charges brought the death penalty under Sharia law. In my opinion, what is happening is comparable to the establishment of a type of Sharia state that is meant to make people feel helpless and powerless against any and all abuse/danger.
