Biden Admin Unveils New Rules Requiring Inclusion of Transgender Athletes

The Biden administration handed down proposed guidance Thursday that would permit public schools and colleges to ban transgender athletes from competitive teams but forbid them from issuing blanket bans, a move framed as a compromise that is likely to infuriate LGBT activists.
Story continues below advertisement“The proposed rule … recognizes that in some instances, particularly in competitive high school and college athletic environments, some schools may adopt policies that limit transgender students’ participation,” the Department of Education said.
Schools would not be able to impose total bans but could still maintain their own “participation policies” on the matter. The proposal would require schools seeking to bar transgender athletes from sports “to show that the decision relates to an important educational objective and minimizes harm to others,” according to the Washington Post.
The proposal comes as Republicans have passed state guidance barring transgender athletes across the country, policies that have been fought by LGBT activists. Kansas is the latest state, with the Republican legislature overriding the Democratic governor’s veto to ban trans athletes. It’s the 20th state to pass such a ban.
The administration’s compromise policy will likely upset transgender activists, the Washington Post reported;
The decision was likely to upset the administration’s allies in the LGBTQ community, who have opposed these bans as discriminatory and harmful to vulnerable youth. They say the prohibitions are part of an organized campaign to nullify the right of transgender people to even exist.

This is even more proof (if anything else were needed) that the Biden regime is doing the bidding of NAMBLA, pedophile groups, and other prurient interests. This is proof that they MEAN to promote this sick, depraved behavior, and ensure there are MORE of these freaks out there. This is the reason why there was a vicious assault against Riley Gaines yesterday at SFSU by transgender supremacist thugs – proving Robert Spencer’s words about Islam are more than correct about these trans imperialists and colonialists.
But it’s not just a war on women, though it is that. The original motive behind the spreading of transgenderism was to eradicate so-called “toxic masculinity.”

In ALL female Sports where there is a guy who THINKS hes a female is in the lineup it would be best for ALL the females to simply stand perfectly still once the Starting Gun goes off and let the GUY dive in the Pool or Run on the Track and go off by HIMSELF..
Once HE is done they can then proceed with ALL the females ready and waiting for the Starting Gun.
The ONLY way for this transnonsense to end is humiliating these people with their mental health issues in front of the World at large because obviously the current morons in the present Government will never do anything to help young girls get ahead in life as they are much more concerned about some dude that thinks he can get pregnant.

It sounds like the argumentation was weak. We do not let regular athletes compete in the wheel-chair Olympics, even if they feel they are also disadvantaged. Do we punish female athletes for having their own athletic competitions just because a few questionably female athletes want to take advantage of women in general?

How many times do I have to say it??? The SOLUTION to this issue is simple. All Real Female competitors. If there is a Trans competitor included in the competition. All you have to do IS WALK AWAY. DO NOT COMPETE. They can’t have a competition of ONE. STOP ENABLING THEM. GEEZ.
