A “female” named Andrea, who had mental health problems including believing she was a man, allegedly threatened to shoot up a school–same situation as in Nashville a year ago.

18-year-old transgender Andrea Ye was just arrested for allegedly planning to shooț up Wootton High School in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Andrea had a 129-page manifesto strategizing how she’d carry out the act.
