Justices hear arguments to decide whether Donald Trump can face prosecution on allegations that he “conspired to overturn Biden’s 2020 election win” for merely questioning the election fraud in 2020.
This could be a gamechanger and put an end to the despotic political persecution of the people’s President Trump.

Gorsuch does a good job of laying out the actual stakes involved. Everyone agrees that the President isn't immune for his private conduct.
The question is whether there is immunity for official acts, and if so, how to distinguish official acts from private conduct

It's possible that the Court will reverse the DC Circuit but still find that there was so much private conduct at issue in the indictment that they will let the prosecution go forward quickly

Might depend on who on that Supreme Court is corrupt! We the real people know it’s all a lie, a cheat, a crock of crap! No matter what happens, Trump has my support, prayers, respect and admiration!
The real commander in chief was and is still Donald Trump because the Democrats cheated the election and know it! You can’t fool all of us!
I will never accept the current fake corrupt President Biden and all who came with him!

I admire and support Trump but nothing can save America now. The libs have totally destroyed the majority of youth. The young have always been foolish and I was no exception but nothing like this. Boys becoming girls, girls becoming boys, a multitude of genders, men competing in women’s sports, all kind of sexual perversions not only tolerated but encouraged. It astounds me when I go to a business and see how totally incompetent they are but I suppose even these people are the best they can find. We will collapse and it is only a matter of time.
