They are taking a landmark civil rights law meant to empower women and using it to try to erase women. The regulations would prohibit schools from excluding students from any educational activity because of transgender status; prohibit “misgendering” transgender students or teachers, force the use of a name selected by a transgender student or teacher, and require students to be allowed to use restrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender identity.
Today, the Biden administration removed the protection and replaced it with a rule against prejudice “based on stereotypes, orientation, identity, sex characteristics.”
Under this new rule, elementary schools will LOSE funding if they tell parents that their 6-year-old uses different pronouns at school, wants to transition, etc.

The regulations dismantle Trump-era actions that bolstered protections, but also prescribed a strict grievance process that ensures the accused are treated as innocent until proven guilty.
The nation’s two largest teachers unions, the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association, have for months heavily advocated for the regulations to be finalized. During the current election cycle, the two unions have funneled millions of dollars to Democrat-aligned political action committees, but virtually nothing to Republicans, according to federal filings.

“Prior to the 2020 rule, there was progress on changing the culture of sexual violence on our education campuses, as well as improvements to student safety. But the Trump-DeVos rule quashed open discussion of sexual harassment and gender-based violence,” AFT President Randi Weingarten wrote in a comment letter supporting the Biden administration’s regulations.

They support all this. Remember, ever since the 2007 “not guilty” verdicts in the Kobe Bryant and Duke Lacrosse cases, they vowed then and there to stamp out what they called an “out-of-control rape culture” by the proverbial “any means necessary.” To them, transgenderizing a boy into a “girl” is all about stamping out “toxic masculinity” at its root.
But then, too, remember: AFT head Randi Weingarten is an avowed, open lesbian who has NO children. EVERYBODY, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, that supports this affront and this slap in the face to women clearly has NO children, and DEFINITELY NO young daughters in this pickle.

Well, to my mind their is only one answer to this, and that is for all genuine women and the parents of genuine girls to refuse to participate in sports events that lump trannies in with genuine females, or genuine male participants and to make a point of always referring to such events as TRANNY Football Matches, TRANNY Swimming Events, etc., etc. This will force them into a situation where, by default, they end up having a seperate category for tranny events whether they like it or not. Also a refusal to participate should result from any failure to supply Tranny male and Tranny female changing rooms separate from Biological Female and Biological Male changing rooms. This will have the effect of hitting them in the pocket and also having to create and administer a whole new strata of bureaucracy to administer it all. Hit them in the pocket and inconvenience them wherever you can!

If sex can be redefined as gender, which is state of mind then any other tangible thing can be determined by your SOM too, including your age. What is to prevent a 30 year old from feeling like a 65 year old and claiming SS retirement benefits? What is to stop a physically fit person from declaring himself as impaired and eligible for SS Disability benefits?
