Vegan Deviled Eggs
Egg Whites:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I recommend 365 brand)
2 tsp agar agar powder (or 2 tbsp agar flakes--in my opinion, powder works better)
1/2 tsp kala namak (black salt)
Yolks:
1/2 lb. extra firm tofu
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
1/2 tsp kala namak (black salt)
1/2 tsp turmeric
freshly ground pepper to taste
paprika and chopped fresh dill for garnish
