Biden EPA Proposes New ‘Wastewater’ Regulations To Kill Off Coal Plants
- The Biden administration proposed new rules that would impose stricter limits on the wastewater produced by coal-fired power plants, although companies could opt out by choosing to shut down their coal operations, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced Wednesday.
- The proposed rule would require generators to completely eliminate all pollution from flue gas desulfurization wastewater and bottom ash transport water, two common types of pollution, and impose stricter limits on a variety of chemical pollutants, including selenium, mercury and arsenic, the EPA announced Wednesday. To avoid the restrictions, some companies could instead comply by burning natural gas or shutting down coal-fired plants entirely,

So far, their requests for the Biden administration to investigate have been fruitless.

The White House has reversed direction this week, saying it would support a Senate bill that would outlaw TikTok in the United States.
The Biden administration had been at a standstill for two years over how to deal with the threat to national security posed by the Chinese-owned mobile app.
U.S. national security adviser Jake Sullivan on Tuesday welcomed a bipartisan bill that would allow the Biden administration to ban the video-sharing app.
On Tuesday, Sens. Mark Warner (D-Va.) and John Thune (R-S.D.) introduced the measure called the Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology (RESTRICT) Act. Biden Document Mother Lode Discovered in Boston, National Archives Reveals
- Nine boxes of documents were taken from the Boston office of President Joe Biden’s attorney, but the National Archives, which disclosed the find, said it has no idea what those boxes contain.
- The existence of the nine boxes of documents was disclosed by Debra Steidel Wall, acting archivist of the United States, in a letter to Republican Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa.
- In response to a question from Johnson and Grassley about whether there were classified documents in the boxes, the reply said the contents are still a mystery four months after they were obtained.
- “NARA has not reviewed the contents of the boxes found at Mr. Moore’s Boston office,” the letter said, using the acronym for the National Archives and Records Administration.
- The letter revealed that the National Archives has known about these boxes since Nov. 3, the day after the Penn Biden Center documents were found and weeks before the American people learned about the finding of the Penn Biden Center classified documents.

What so-called ‘conservative’ media outlet? It does not exist within the context of the discussion. What we have is, a hand full of liberty/rights minded individuals out there; like Mr X-22 here, the Duran there, to name a few (there are others, of course, some of whom are mostly correct, not necessarily totally so; staying on the narrow path is difficult). But I would not call them ‘conservative’ (one who seeks to preserve the status quo) nor would I call them a media outlet (they don’t have an active crew of on the spot reporters, but rather relay on gathering, 2nd hand, information as it comes to light – very much essential in finding the truth; hard work but it has its limitations).
