One will learn insider secrets, processes, while working with a company. And it is wrong to give away those secrets if say one is to quit one job in a certain market and join a new company competing in the same market. That person will not share any of the knowledge they learned from the previous company. And everyone follows that rule, right?
Ha!… no way. I’m guessing most people are like me. They take everything they’ve learned and move it forward, applying in the new job what they learned from the old job.. and the company in question doesn’t matter.
That’s the American way, by the way. They ask why can’t things be done in different ways? Especially true when they have personal experience to know that the different way is effective.
