If the SCOTUS blows this off aren’t they breaking their constitutional oath to defend the constitution? Could they then be sued in a lower court? What would happen then?

Appreciate the update on this very important case. I only have one additional point to make. If the Supreme Court does not provide redress of our grievance at this point, then they too are guilty of violating our First Amendment right to redress of a grievance. In which case they too have violated their oath. Think about that.

I would like to know, assuming relief is granted, WHO will order WHOM to remove the president, VP, & the others, and HOW that happens? Specifically? Step by step?

Unless a misunderstand, the main issue at law appears to be the apparent abdication of their oaths of office by certain elected representatives and other federal officials who have a duty to act in response to a redress of grievances from We the People of our constitutional republic. I'm hopeful of some further clarification of the constitutional law issue(s) from Mr. Brunson.

Similar to Good Samaritan laws. Are you legally responsible to save someone who has been pushed onto a highway? i.e. If you don't help the U.S. from having a questionable election, you are at fault and should be paying a price. what is that price?

Dave Jose has been brilliantly teaching the masses the fundamentals of common law which supersedes statutory law. Within his group we have had many victories. We have standing as one of the people. We have submitted notices to the Supreme Court regarding the right to bear arms and they have since consistently struck down any suits attempting to restrict the people's rights in this area. Our group has submitted over 5,000 notices containing constitutional provisions and maxims of law that are irrefutable to the Supreme Court in support of the Brunson case. We also submitted over 75,000 affidavits regarding the maladministration of the 2020 election that were done properly and as such stand as true and in the court of record and cannot be contested. Most of our freedoms and liberties are secured within the state constitutions. The Supreme Court and all government officials are public servants and we the people have supreme authority over them. The bar attorneys have hijacked our legal system and have no authority to go against the people's inalienable rights.The more people that educate themselves in terms of what our founding fathers laid out for us in terms of frequent recurrence to fundamental principles, and hold our public servants accountable, the quicker we reclaim our constitutional republic.

Dave Jose has been teaching us our fundamental principles held within the state constitutions where most of our liberties are guaranteed. Under his tutelage we have sent over 5,000 notices to the Supreme Court regarding the Brunson case and outlined constitutional law supported with maxims. We also sent properly done affidavits from the 2020 election, over 75,000 in total. These affidavits unrefuted, stand as evidence and are a court of record in and of themselves.,. The Supreme Court has no options but to do the people's will. We must continue to educate the masses and hold firm because we the people do hold all political power.

SCOTUS has to grant Certiary first, then briefs can be submitted in support of or against Brunson's argument. It appears someone tried to submit something prior to this process and that was denied. But the general public does not know the rules of procedure, therefore, I'm thinking the Clerk of the Court should be putting a Volume brief together for all the letters pouring in by voters and future voters in support of Brunson. All of those people who vote or intend to vote in the future have standing and have a right to have their voices heard by SCOTUS just as they have a right to have their voices heard by Congress, through their representatives they voted for, which apparently, all voices are falling on deaf ears. Military may be the only way... hmmmm.

The Congress is one major problem in our country, but another major problem is the Senior Executive Service (SES, once called the Civil Service started by Jimmy Carter) Obama added about 8,000 New SES employees in his 2 terms in office, all Democrats and all beholden to Obama and Biden in our Federal Guv. On January 6, 2023 the US Supreme Court with a 5 to 4 decision they moved Case 22-380 forward from conference to Hearing and if US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts wasn't so corrupt it would have been a 6 to 3 decision to more the case 22-380 forward from conference to hearing ! IMO Chief Justice John Roberts signed his own IMPEACHMENT when he sided with the three far left women Justices Sonia Stomayor , Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson ! The US Supreme Court Justices take 2 Oaths to the US Constitution and not just one to Protect and Defend the US Constitution from all enemies FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC !
