What you leave out, Derek, is that sometimes despite what the book says things happen anyway due to pressures from power groups (illegal stuff). For example, the National Emergencies, have gone on for years.
I am grateful this SG Q Anon host is able the effectively CUT TO THE CHASE and make his points with great speech and clear enunciation. Now let this be a lesson and an example to all podcasting hosts. But Juan O’Savin rambles on and on like we’re gather around for story time…. 107, needs to CUT THE HYPERBOLE. and Derek hasn’t been preaching to armed forces, here necessarily, so many of us are not former enlisted where screaming is part of the chain of command.
It’s great to see Derek slow down and lay out all the law cites as he does, which guide those agencies. American states joined together ages ago to formulate a listing of just under 20 enumerated powers to bestow upon the newly proposed Federal Government before it began… all powers not delegated remained with the people within the states.
The powers today are supposed to be:
1. The people.
2. The states and state militias
3. The federal government
4. The national armed forces
The root problem is Americans went AWOL from their own government and slowly the foreign corporations have filled the void. The current government look-alike is corporations being influence in special interests to enrich themselves.
But because Americans got their identities converted, to U.S. Citizen, state homes reduced to nothingness, we now see a complete reverse of the list
1. Armed forces are split between Great Briton and the Vatican
2. Federal Government plays judge jury and executioner
3. The STATE plays God for the godless like another cult religion
4. The people are enslaved as things identified
Americans ourselves never were the subject of the military justice system. Our American people need to declare our state as our citizenship and get busy volunteering or fair paid to refill the seats in our civil offices.

Once again, to reiterate. No peace loving free American IS THE SUBJECT OF ANY ARMED FORCES system of governance. Period. Their structure of law exists to defend Americans against all enemies foreign or domestic in protecting our borders and ensuring our rights are not infringed upon.
The various 50 states filled with the actual Americans each have their own system of laws. There is supposed to remain intact a state government that puts certain duties upon itself at the state level, standing foreign to all other states as a national tarritory. State legislation is designed to guide the conduct of affairs between businesses, not common people..
God’s law is designed for the common people to govern ourselves in love, peace, freedom and abundance. However, too many people argue this point, decide on no following of God, decide on giving their marriages and babies to the STATE DE FACTO in place of God’s law for men and women outside of some Caesar Municipal thing that Roman was all about.
Do you see how deep Godlessness has run? Do you see how darkness and anti-God has given great opportunity to the powers of the commercial state?

We are owed 50 States of America which join together as a federation for our union. Our government is supposed to be staffed by us, that’s you and me. We are not supposed to have corporations which were commercially incorporated to principalities overseas for this central bank ponzi scheme.

BRICS lending money to US does not make sense whatever the explanation-like too big to fail and the Extension of the war in Ukraine does not add up either.
