11/30 - 2 MCE seat selections - reimbursed 12/4
12/1 - 1 MCE seat selection, 1 First Class upgrade, Admiral's Club day pass, and Admiral's Club bar/food tab - reimbursed 12/5

The seat upgrades and FC upgrade were all purchased at in-person check-in at a kiosk and posted as "Additional Collection."
