I thumbed through hundreds of recipes in my Grandma’s recipe book and found this gem. Maybe it was the odd name, Vinegar Pie. (Who ever heard of such a thing?) But I knew I had to try it! Plus its super cheap to make!
Ingredients
Refrigerated
• 2 Eggs
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Maple extract
• 1 Pinch Salt
• 1 cup Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp White vinegar
Bread & Baked Goods
• 2 Pie crusts, homemade or store bought
Liquids
• 1 qt Water
