This healthy fettuccine alfredo is ultra creamy even though it contains no heavy cream. You will also use whole wheat or spinach fettuccine which is a healthier option to "normal" fettuccine noodles. This is a rich and creamy fettuccine alfredo that is less than 500 calories a serving! Tastes just like the original Italian favorite but much kinder to your waistline. You can add a protein of your choice to enhance your meal - but by iteself, you'll still get 16 grams of protein!
