Stampin' Up! Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

We have been in upstate New York since Monday and have been enjoying every moment. I don't have card supplies with me, but I did know ahead of time that today's challenge would be a sketch.

No automatic alt text available.

Here is the card I made for it...it doesn't quite line up with the measurements and placement, but I still think you can see the resemblance.

The Designer Series Paper has done all the work for me.

My card base is Fresh Fig. I cut the banner with my Stampin' Trimmer and adhered it to the base (the paper is from Petal Promenade DSP).

Using another sheet of the Petal Promenade DSP, I cut the rectangle flower frame and covered it with an oval frame from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper.

I cut a piece of White Baker's Twine, dragged it through my Fresh Fig ink pad and let it dry. I tied it onto the corrugated tag and adhered it to the card with a glue dot.

The sentiment is from Tropical Chic and is stamped in Fresh Fig.

The inside is just a mat of Very Vanilla on which I will write a personal thank you note.

I know you know the drill, but I'll repeat it anyway. Clicking on "next" will take you to Julie Johnston and clicking on an individual's name will take you directly to that team member's blog. Thanks for hopping with us.
