I think I could probably survive off off popovers/Yorkshire pudding and gravy alone. Such a perfect recipe!

I love Yorkshire Pud! Thank you for the make-ahead gravy. I am always stirring mine as The Great Dane carves as I can't stand cooled gravy. I can see that making it ahead and re-heating would ease the last minute rush!
