- 4 thick-cut bone-in pork chops
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (19-oz) can Progresso™ Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
- 2 cups cooked rice
