Color Without Borders:
Every third Wednesday of the month Alison and I share a card using a color palette we've chosen and posted them on our blogs as part of our Color Without Borders Series.
Out of the five colors in today's palette, they are all new except one. You will recognize the Daffodil Delight as an oldie but a goodie. The new colors are Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape making this a bright and bold palette to use.
I love bright and bold! It was a was a challenge to get all the colors into my card. I choose the Highland Heather for my card base.
Then after I created the first card, I wanted to see what the card would look like with Daffodil Delight. I couldn't decide which one to share with you today, so shared both.
This card has a super fun fold which was created using the Big Shot and the Gatefold Blossoms Fraemlit Dies. Here is a side view giving you a peek at the gatefold.
Here is the inside of the card when you open it up.
Here is a video showing you how to use Gatefold Blossom Framelits Die to create some fun fold cards. I watched the Stampin' Up! Video showing how to use this die making it very simple to use.
Tom picked out his favorite of the two! Can you guess which one he chose?

Good morning. I am going to guess that Tom liked the bottom one….only because that’s the one I like the best. Thank you for sharing your time, talents, and creative imagination with us.
Sandi says
I said the bottom one too… it seems a little “brighter” and the other pieces stand out a bit more
Patsy Waggoner says
