My Balmy Blue card began with a retired piece of 6" x 6" Gingham Gala designer series paper. When I cut the Stitched Rectangle from the Whisper White card stock, I made sure it was centered on a scored and cut piece of card stock for a future card. Today is the future for this card. I lined the "frame" I had earlier created with a piece of 4.25" x 5.5" piece of gingham and then decorated the panel using a Stitched Circle stamped with White embossed clouds and a few gulls.
My balloon was stamped and cut on Whisper White using the Above the Clouds stamp set and punched with the Hot Air Balloon punch. The banner was fussy cut. I added "thank you" using the Well Written Dies cut from Balmy Blue card stock.
