I think I will start looking out for bells in craft stores or even an old bell from an antique store or thrift shops! That is because they can be used as the "mandrel" or form to make easy wire bell ornaments! This craft tutorial is over on Moji Dilo, a Czech site.

Notice there is even a bead and wire addition to act as the bell clapper or clanger! The wire technique is simple looping although being consistent will take a little practice.
Also consider pre-stringing some beads and introducing them in the bell design itself.
The tutorial is not in English and may need to be translated. So here's how. Computer users : Use the Chrome browser, right click anywhere on the page and select "translate to English". Mobile device users : Download the Chrome app, add the URL. The app asks if you wish to translate.
