Club Registration Form 2018 - 2019 (Deadline to submit this form is October 4)

Model UN is a PTA- sponsored before-school activity. Model UN will meet on Thursdays from 8:10 am - 9:00 am in Mrs. Bordley's room beginning on October 4th. The seasonal schedule is as follows:

Fall:
    Oct. 4,  11, 18, 25
    Nov. 1, 8, 29
    Dec. 6, 13

Winter:
    Jan. 17, 24, 31
    Feb. 7, 21, 28

Spring:
    Mar. 7, 14, 21, 28
    Apr. 4, 11, 25
    May 9

Training Conference - November 15, 2018 ($20)
Spring Conference - May 1, 2019 ($45)

There is no fee to be a member of the club, however, there are separate fees to attend conferences. Conference fees will be due later at the time of conference registrations.
