H.R. 3889 would authorize the appropriation of $2 million annually over the 2020-2024 period for the National Community Anti-Drug Coalition Institute. Assuming appropriation of the specified amounts, CBO estimates that implementing H.R. 3889 would cost $2 million in 2020 and $10 million over the 2020-2024 period. The costs of the legislation (detailed in Table 1) fall within budget 800 (general government).
