We are excited to announce the launch of a new page on our website featuring CBO’s baseline projections for selected programs. The goal of the new page is to provide a one-stop shop for CBO’s baseline tables for selected programs, which will hopefully make it easier to find CBO’s latest baseline tables, as well as previously released ones.
The new page, which can be accessed from our home page, features links to baseline tables for 23 programs; for most of them, we show the projections that CBO prepared in each of the past 10 years. Those tables cover programs in a variety of areas, including education, health, Social Security and pensions, and income security. CBO publishes detailed information underlying its 10-year budget projections for selected programs up to three times a year.
This new page supplements the information available on the recently developed Budget and Economic Data page, which was launched last month. Now that CBO’s baseline projections for selected programs can be found in one central location, we hope that they will be easier for you to navigate! We welcome your feedback on this latest enhancement to our website.
