A Ro Lots of action and great special effects that have stood the test of time. The acting is good all around, and the plot is fantasy yet believable. Lots of adrenaline-inducing scenes! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/24 Full Review Brian G great movie even after 30 years. 3d in theaters was awesome Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review Ernie D The movie was a welcome flashback from the past and at a great price. I didn't know that it was 3D and so I didn't get the glasses (my choice). Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/28/23 Full Review Sara My kids and I loved watching this in 3D. I was in 4th grade when the original came out and my 13 year-old son has loved dinosaurs since he was a toddler, so this was a blast for us. I loved the entire movie was 3D and not just some scenes and how the dinosaurs looked so real. The raptors are my favorite, and it made the end of the movie even better to feel like I was right there. The only complaint would be that the edges of the screen were blurry. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/27/23 Full Review Brian H One of Spielbergs best. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/05/23 Full Review Angel The best movie ever made, period. Peter Bradshaw Guardian An amazing ride. Rated: 5/5 Aug 31, 2023 Full Review Jay Scott Globe and Mail It has a thrill or two, and a chill or three, but it has no poetry, little sense of wonder, no resonant subtext, no art. Dec 7, 2022 Full Review Adam Mars-Jones Independent (UK) An economic necessity of securing a PG certificate for what is essentially a horror film has been allowed to intervene in the story-telling, so that the tone is constantly disrupted by an incongruous reassurance. Nov 14, 2017 Full Review Martin Carr CBR Jurassic Park remains timeless because the issues it chose to explore are universal, while Alan, Ian, Ellie and the other heroes remain relatable, despite their extraordinary circumstances. Feb 24, 2024 Full Review Justin Carter io9.com Even with sequels of debatable merit weighing it down, Spielberg's original 1993 movie can't be stopped.
