1. Regarding the pesukim in Shema Koleinu - Here in eretz Yisrael it is common practice to recite אמרינו האזינה (and I have often announced that בינה is recited mil'el), and I have seen some knowledgeable individuals who recite יהיו לרצון silently.

2. It is also common practice for women to recite modah ani, and this is how girls are commonly taught in school as well.
