New Work in a New Series: Resilient Fences

Here is a new painting in a series I’m working on for a solo show this fall. The series is entitled "Resilient Fences”. 

Resilient Fences 1 measures 24” high x 56” wide and is mixed media on stiffened fabric. Or, it can be rotated and shown vertically as per below.

The title is a play on how resilient fences are as they hold up over time in various weather conditions, and how resilient I’ve been getting through some recent life situations. I don’t intentionally bring my personal life into my artwork but I feel that at least in the title I want to.
