Rustic Modern Office for Him

Rustic Modern Office Inspiration on a Budget
ONE // TWO // THREE // FOUR // FIVE // SIX // SEVEN // EIGHT // NINE

We've been in our new home for almost two years now and my husband's office has been completely empty. So I finally made some decisions and ordered many of the pieces you see above to create a rustic-modern workspace for my guy! I envisioned something casual and inviting with brown leather and brass accents. I put together a mood board and Camden was on board!

Everything had to be budget-friendly, too, which is why I was so excited to find this desk under $200 as the focal point, this $99 leather office chair and this $130 area rug to set the tone.

The only thing Camden did not agree to was the faux fiddle leaf so I will try to get a real one and see how that goes. Ikea has them cheap, as does Costco. You could also check a local nursery (that's where I bought my other two for just $25 a piece - they're 2 feet tall).

Creating a functional home office with style doesn't have to cost a fortune. I think all these pieces can be used in other areas of the home, too, as our family's needs change and evolve over time (translation: when our kids get bigger and home "offices" become their bedrooms!)

Once everything arrives and we set things up, I'll share the results! I'm excited to see how it all comes together.

Thanks, I miss doing them! Hope to do more soon and I'll definitely post updates - got the rugs, desk and chair, just need to unpack and put together!
