Blueberries are my kids favorite (other than strawberries) so I will definitely have to make this for them. We have a blueberry bush where we get enough blueberries to at least make a few pies. I will keep this recipe in mind for when those blueberries come in!

This banana bread looks and sounds so delicious. One of my favorite recipes as a kid was a banana nut bread and my aunt used to make it for me all the time. This recipe reminds me of my childhood favorite! Thanks for thsi recipe. Cant wait to try it.

THere's just something about a freshly baked loaf of banana bread that can't be beat! I love the addition of blueberries in here...they add just the right amount of tartness to a sweet bread like this!

Oh wow this looks sooo delicious! I would love to try this recipe, provided of course we also have blueberries. It's hard to find them in our local market. We have to go to upscale grocery stores to get one.

Blueberries are in season, so I've been trying to find ways to use them in different recipes - smoothies, muffins, cobbler and various desserts. Oh how I love summer and all the fresh fruit and berries that come along with it. Banana Bread is one of my favorite treats, especially fresh out the oven, sliced with butter on top.
Bananas also pair well with so many ingredients that you can take a basic banana bread recipe and come up with numerous flavor combinations. So....... what do you do when you find yourself with extra blueberries and over-ripe bananas? You bake Blueberry Buttermilk Banana Bread of course!
