Hi Tina! I just found out about your blog and already falling all over your cheesecake! Yummy!! This is a great recipe to get some help from kids. Letting them to crumple the cake and try not to taste it. :P

Hi Tina, thanks for this gorgeous looking spring receipe. Unfortunately, living in France, I cannot buy the ingredients you are using and have to find out how to do myself. Muffin is not the problem but the cheesecake jell'o is. Do you think I can use a homemade cheesecake filling and just make it set with some gelatine? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Have a nice day. Greeting from Paris, Dagmar

I love strawberries. The Strawberry Muffin Cheesecake Trifles looks really tasty. I always have the sweet with a tinge of sourness in strawberries.

I love Martha White baking mixes. We made minimuffins with the blueberry mix Saturday. I have got to try your recipe. Strawberries and cheesecake is the best flavor combination.

The Strawberry Cheese Cake Trifles look soooo good! I love that you use muffin mix and will have to give it a try. I've always used a sponge cake, but the muffin mix sounds better! :)

For me, there is too much strawberries in this (not a keen fan of them) but would love to squash them down and add it to the rest. :)

Awesome use of strawberries during Spring! It would be nice to make this for the family especially for Easter. I'd love to try different fruits as well! I'm sure it's going to taste amazing with blueberries and other kinds of berries!
