Breaking! Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified.
AP: Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the U.S. to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, despite little evidence of fraud.
Barr’s action comes days after Democrat Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump and raises the prospect that Trump will use the Justice Department to try to challenge the outcome. It gives prosecutors the ability to go around longstanding Justice Department policy that normally would prohibit such overt actions before the election is formally certified.

Trump has not conceded the election and is instead claiming without evidence that there has been a widespread, multi-state conspiracy by Democrats to skew the vote tally in Biden’s favor.

The left will go down with the ship it seems; they’re still making wide use of the terms,
“despite little evidence of fraud” and “without evidence.” Let’s see just how rigorously these federal prosecutors pursue these blatant instances of “irregularities.” I assume “irregularities” means things like election rigging, voter fraud and criminal cheating.

who woke up chubby billy from his year-long nap? he is truly the french cop in casablanca, and is “shocked, shocked” at allegations that the democrats and deep state lied, cheated, and stole on his watch. it will be hilarious to watch his snail-like “federal prosecutors” pursue “substantial allegations” with the holidays approaching and a need to declare a winner right after Christmas. all those lard brains care about is being home for the holidays and making sure they keep their cushy job come february. $100 says that after thanksgiving they find no evidence of any wrongdoing and throw trump under the bus in time for christmas shopping. they are all deep state and they hate him.

Barr has sat on his chunky ass for two years with mounds of evidence of Democrat Party treason and did nothing. For him to put down his hamburger long enough to actually do some investigating this must be an open and shut case. The evidence must be overwhelming.

I think you are on the money. The corrupt DOJ, led by Mr. Magoo, will announce no evidence found or substantiated so they can rubber-stamp the fraudulent coup. All that would do is spur near civil war, with DOJ and FBI as two of the main targets of contempt and hostility. AG Magoo needs to be smarter than he has proven so far.

Agree that she should be the next AG. She said yesterday that she has concrete evidence against states/localities w, x, y and z and is pursuing the cases ON HER OWN since the DOJ is corrupt and lazy. My words, not hers, but she will get action. She said she will start a non-profit to fund her efforts if necessary, but is already moving forward.
She should be the next AG, with Tom Fitton as her Deputy AG who would focus on cleaning out the internal corruption and political hacks, as well as cleaning up the electoral process and oversight.
The new FBI Director needs to be someone aggressive who will clean house, not a political, marketing hack.

You’re right. The Barr DOJ is where cases against the left go to die. He talks a good story, but I think he’s a never-Trumper Globalist. This needs to stay in the private sector. We can do a better job than any government agency. We need to stay in control. We can’t give this away.

Is it true that the DOJ have their hands tied until 10 days after election? Press keeps guffawing over “lack of evidence”. You don’t need a ton of physical evidence when you have sworn affidavits.

Today it seems you can’t charge a person with a crime when they are running for President so as to not influence voters. It’s better to let voters vote in a criminal. That’s absurd and that is what happened. Our “justice” system is driven by politics.
