Black voter support for Trump soars to 31%, new survey finds

President Trump has sought to win over Black voters during the 2020 campaign, and a Rasmussen Reports survey released Thursday shows that his strategy may be working.
The daily tracking poll found 31% of likely Black voters would vote for Mr. Trump if the election were held today, ticking up steadily from 27% on Monday and 30% on Tuesday and Wednesday.
If that support pans out on Election Day, it would represent a huge improvement for Mr. Trump, who won just 8% of the Black vote in 2016, while Democrat Hillary Clinton took 88%.
The 31% figure drew plenty of skepticism. Several commentators on Twitter called the percentage unrealistic or “crazy,” while one quipped, “The only way that figure is realistic is if they polled six black people, and two of them were Clarence Thomas and Ben Carson.”
According a Sept. 8 report in FiveThirtyEight, polling suggests that “about 10 percent of black voters both nationally and in key swing states with large black electorates are supporting Trump.”
Rasmussen’s other daily surveys posted Thursday found that 52% of voters approve of Mr. Trump’s job performance, and that former Vice President Joseph R. Biden leads the president by a whisker at 48% to 47%.
The pollster reported that Mr. Trump led Democrat Hillary Clinton on the Thursday before the 2016 election by 45% to 42%.
Mr. Trump last month unveiled his “Platinum Plan” for the Black community, pledging to create three million jobs for Black workers and helped create 500,000 Black-owned businesses.
He has also accused Democrats, including Mr. Biden, of taking for granted Black voters — a traditionally reliable Democratic voting bloc — while Democrats have accused Mr. Trump of being racist, which he denies.

Ever since Ronnie “The Commie” Reagan, Americans have paid 15.3% of their earned income, from dollar one, to finance Social Security and Title Act 18 (Medicare). Most “boomers” would gladly give up both of them, IF that money was reimbursed, with prevailing rates of interest of the time taken was given BACK to them.
The average “boomer” would be a multi-millionaire. Interest rates, for 91 government paper, were as high as 21%. Even 20 govie bonds were yielding close to sixteen percent, and the 30 year long bonds hit a high of 14.86%.
Just give them BACK their money and close it down.
I would, most assuredly, GLADLY take that deal.

Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, said Trump’s second-term immigration agenda would involve “raising and enhancing the standard for entry” into the United States and cracking down on illegal immigration, including by tighter restrictions on work visas, stricter visa application screenings, banning “sanctuary cities,” and limiting the number of people granted asylum.

He said that the priority behind the measures, which would be accomplished through a combination of executive action and legislation, is to protect the safety and wages of Americans. “In many cases, fixing these problems and restoring some semblance of sanity to our immigration programs does involve regulatory reform,” Miller told the outlet. “Congress has delegated a lot of authority … and that underscores the depth of the choice facing the American people.”
ALL of THIS helps blacks and Hispanics who are here legally, by preventing unfair job competition from cheap undocumented labor.

In 1966, self-employment tax was 2%. When they got around to adding Medicare to it, it was in 1968. That took it to 2.5%. There were small increases, over the next decade, taking it up to 7.25%. Carter kicked it up another percent. However, Reagan kicked it up to 15.3%. From 2.5 to 15.3. If that isn’t communism, what in the fork is it? Instead of talking about Christianity and altruism, address that. 15.3%, from dollar one … a tradesman having a bad year may only make 20,000 dollars. And, paying $3,060.00 right off of the top …. that’s criminal, regarding the small return that they net through SS and Title Act 19.
As far as making “ad hominem” attacks. That is absolutely a bald faced lie. I have only made truthful and factual comments and/or responses to your comments.
Go back to “blocking me”. As, that is a badge of honor, if the likes of you do so.
