President Clown Forgot What Country Was Being Invaded During SOTU Address

It’s to laugh, it’s to cry.

I guess it’s fitting for a country as monumental, spectacular and unfathomable as America would fail in such a monumental, spectacular and unfathomable way.

Joe Biden just said Putin will never weaken the will of the Iranian people. He meant the Ukrainian people. Good lord.

It started as a rebuke of Putin most Americans can agree upon and later lingered into a series of far left proposals, including forcing all states to allow abortion on demand all nine months of pregnancy.  From Byron York:  Joe Biden is still Joe Biden. The reason the president’s job approval rating is low is because he is not doing a good job. The polls reflect a fundamental deficiency in his performance. Yes, Biden is old and slowing down, and that does not help. But Biden in his prime would not have been a good president. Lower your costs, not your wages.” @POTUS and his speechwriters do not have a clue about what to do about inflation. This just proves it. Remember that line when you vote in the fall. From Ed Morrissey: Biden seems to be under the delusion that his agenda and presidency has been broadly popular and that all he needed to do was offer the same old regurgitated speech (Twitter). From Tom Cotton: Biden’s doubling down on the disastrous policies that created this mess (Twitter). From Erick Erickson: This speech will be forgotten within the next two days, but people will keep seeing empty store shelves, high prices, and high gas prices (Twitter). Interesting to note: Joe Manchin sat with the Republicans (Axios). In one entertaining moment, Biden said “Iranian” when he meant “Ukrainian.” You can see Kamala, behind him, mouth a correction (Twitter).

Don’t you just love when your global representatives can’t remember the names of allied countries? With Ukraine taking up most of the news coverage lately, it’s kind of hard to believe that Biden would screw this one up. Then again, this is the same man who forgot his own name so maybe we’re just asking too much?

During the State of the Union address, gaffe king Biden stumbled his way through his speech referring to the people of Ukraine as ‘Iranians’…

“Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he’ll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people,” Biden said to an awkward slow clap.

“He’ll never, he’ll never extinguish their love of freedom,” he continued before someone yelled from the crowd and the trepidatious applause grew.

“And he will never, never weaken the resolve of the free world.”

In a survey by CNN on Monday, they found that 58 percent of Americans answered “not much” or “not at all” when asked how much they trusted Biden to make the right decision about Ukraine, while just 42 percent answered a “great deal” or “moderately.” A further breakdown showed that 34 percent of respondents answered “not at all” and 24 percent answered, “not much,” while just 13 percent said they had a “great deal” of belief in the president.

One thing that almost everyone agreed with? They don’t want to get involved in the Russian-Ukrainian War. Espesspecially with a president that can’t remember the name of the country we’re supposed to defend at the helm.

Is it any wonder Americans are reluctant to get involved in Ukraine under the Biden administration’s leadership? This is the man who failed to protect the US borders and cost American lives in his shotty Afghan withdrawal. All the while pushing ‘woke’ ideologies and vaccine mandates through the US military.
