Iceland Stops Moderna Jab for EVERYONE
Iceland has stopped using the Moderna COVID-19 jab for its entire population.
Not just children and young adults, but everyone.
According to their health authorities, the risk of heart problems is too high.
With 80.7% of its population fully vaccinated, Iceland is among the world’s most COVID-19 vaccinated countries.
But Iceland’s summer COVID-19 case explosion showed high vaccination rates don’t slow the spread of the virus.
Does this latest decision indicate common sense is about to prevail in the Nordic nation?

The Chief Epidemiologist has decided that the Moderna vaccine against Covid-19 will not be used in Iceland while further information is obtained on the safety of the vaccine during booster vaccinations.
An announcement states that in recent days there has been data from the Nordic countries on the increased incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis after vaccination with the Moderna vaccine in addition to the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine.
According to the epidemiologist, the Moderna vaccine has for the past two months been used almost exclusively here for stimulation vaccinations after the Janssen vaccine and after two-dose vaccinations for the elderly and immunocompromised. Very few individuals are said to have received the second dose of the basic vaccine that started with Moderna.
However, there’s one sour note.
The Pfizer COVID-19 jab is still recommended as primary vaccination for 12 to 17 year olds in Iceland.
And they don’t lack supply.
But the recent developments surrounding the Moderna COVID-19 jab give me hope common sense will ultimately prevail.
Scandinavian countries have stopped using the Moderna jab for younger populations.
Norway????????: Is recommending against the use of Moderna in those under 18.
Sweden????????: Has suspended Moderna for those aged under 30.
Denmark????????: Has stopped use of Moderna for those aged under 18.
Finland????????: Has stopped the use of Moderna in those aged under 30.

The Pfizer COVID-19 jab has also shown links to myocarditis.
After all, the Pfizer jab uses the same mRNA technology as Moderna.
Maybe it’s days are also numbered in Iceland and Scandinavia.
