The Senate filibuster is the only mechanism we have to prevent dangerous legislation from becoming law. The people of West Virginia must contact Senator Manchin to make sure he keeps his promise to not end the filibuster.

House passes sweeping bill to overhaul policing

WASHINGTON — Cheered on by President Joe Biden, House Democrats hustled Wednesday to pass the most ambitious effort in decades to overhaul policing nationwide, able to avoid clashing with moderates in their own party who are wary of reigniting a debate they say hurt them during last fall’s election.
The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act was approved 220-212 late Wednesday.
The sweeping legislation, which was first approved last summer but stalled in the Senate, was named in honor of Floyd, whose killing by police in Minnesota last Memorial Day sparked protests nationwide. The bill would ban chokeholds and “qualified immunity” for law enforcement and create national standards for policing in a bid to bolster accountability.
“My city is not an outlier, but rather an example of the inequalities our country has struggled with for centuries,” said Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., who represents the Minneapolis area near where Floyd died. She asked her colleagues if they would “have the moral courage to pursue justice and secure meaningful change?”
Democrats say they were determined to pass the bill a second time, to combat police brutality and institutional racism after the deaths of Floyd, Breonna Taylor and other Black Americans following interactions with law enforcement — images of which were sometimes jarringly captured on video. Those killings drew a national and international outcry.
Floyd’s family watched the emotional debate from a nearby House office building.
But the debate over legislation has turned into a political liability for Democrats as Republicans seized on calls by some activists and progressives to “defund the police” to argue that Democrats were intent on slashing police force budgets. This bill doesn’t do that.

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez said it was a reason the party, after talking confidently of growing its majority in November, instead saw it shrink to just 10 seats, 221-211.
“We played too much defense on ‘defund the police,’” Perez said.

That is their initial intention alright, to re-train certain Americans …. however, they will make a mistake before they reach the plateau and will never be seen or heard from again (by 2028). They have already instituted the great mistake and we are now just awaiting its result…. The sad part is many American lives will be lost before their tragic end.
The great part is they will not be able to pin the blame on anyone but themselves.
Sorry it couldn’t work out any different folks but the democrat/communists have many people snowed… That all ends with the first Persian induced nuclear explosions in New York city, Las Angles and Chicago. If America will falter under a virus that only threatens less than 3% of the population, what shall they do when its large cities are threatened by nuclear weapons which can be remotely detonated?

The Himmler of current day will be Alejandro Mayorkas, who served during the Obama administration in Homeland Security.
The push will be to eliminate local police and state policing powers over the next 2 years, through continual defunding. and replace them with the National police force. (aka Homeland Security). It will be a great idea you will be told to have a “National” police force, it will cost soo much less, and it will be able to cross state lines and be less complicated…. bla, bla. bla…. but wait until the Waffen SS division is instituted, with the focus to “Hunt Down” enemies of the State…. aka all those who voted for and supported President Trump…

You have to think a little different. There are a few war fronts the Democrat/Communists are operating against the American people (especially Caucasian Americans)
1- The introduction of lab manufactured (gain of function), coronavirus variants, the LA Variant and the UK Variant both indicated to more virulent and deadly than the first. The focus is upon eliminating anyone of age 55 and older. so they democrat/communists can eliminate social security. This is based upon George B Shaw’s ideals
2) Influx of dark skinned peoples from South America, this is part of the dialectic war being waged in antithesis against Caucasians, in America. The dialectic of Black VS White, where “The White” has been identified for elimination, especially the males of the race.. To be a “White” male is to be born the most evil of people…. or at least that is the demonization attached to that group by the Democrat/Communists. The reality is that the Hebrew term Adam… means to blush, flush, to turn rosy to be rosy complexed. In other words, this is a war against the people of the tribes of Adam which includes the Hebrew people and therefore the tribes of Israel..
3) The elimination of Christian and Jewish faiths. This dialectic war has been raging for a couple of decades, Christianity and Judaism has been demonized to the point that many people believe that folks who believe in such doctrine are mentally indigent. This is the same tactic the National Socialists used against the Jews. Just a few decades ago (1970s) we were proclaiming Jesus Christ to be a Superstar. Socialists and Communists moved quickly to tamp that fire out.
4) The war against heterosexual males and females. This dialectic war proclaims perversion to be completely acceptable, Any mutation or conglomeration of human bits can be the construct of one claiming a gender. Further, that such alteration of ones body is more acceptable than to remain as one was born (so the Democrat/Communists say).

Fear and state terrorism
The Nazis created a terror-state. This was achieved through intimidation and brutality. Those living in Germany were too scared to disobey Nazi laws.
Hitler used a number of organisations to uphold and extend his control of Germany.
The SS

The SS (Schutzstaffel) was originally Hitler’s elite personal body guard. It grew into a formidable private army, made up of fanatical supporters of Hitler. He used them as his execution squad to eliminate his opponents.
By 1934,the SS had been put in charge of securing Germany from internal and external enemies.
They controlled the concentration camps, where ‘undesirable people’ were imprisoned.
These included groups of people who the Nazis had deemed either dangerous to the state, to Nazi policies or were to be eradicated from society:
political opponents
criminals
gypsies
Jews
certain religious figures
Life in the concentration camps was extremely harsh. Prisoners were made to work in horrendous conditions.
When reports of what prisoners experienced leaked out to the general population increased fear of being arrested was greatly increased.
This helped the Nazis keep the majority of citizens at bay.
The SD and Gestapo
The SD (Sicherheitsdienst) was the Nazi Party’s intelligence and security service. Under the command of Heinrich Himmler and Reinhard Heidrich, the SD aimed to keep every individual in Germany under constant supervision.
After the Reichstag Fire, the SD started compiling a card index of the Nazis’ opponents. They could arrest and imprison anyone and worked on the assumption that suspects were guilty. Once imprisoned, it was difficult for anyone to prove their innocence.
The SD was also responsible for tracking foreign opposition to the Nazis. This included censoring media.
The Gestapo (Geheime Staatspolizei, Secret State Police) were the Nazis’ secret police. It played a crucial role in Germany’s internal security.
Over 150,000 informants throughout the country would report any anti-Nazi feeling to the Gestapo.
The Gestapo and informants did not wear uniforms so Germans did not know when they were being spied on. Many ordinary Germans also informed on one another for personal gain or out of jealousy. This created tension and fear throughout the country.
Members of the Gestapo had powers to arrest and detain those people who were considered enemies of the state/Nazi Party. These preventative arrests were carried out separately from judicial control.
Those who were arrested were often violently treated, prior to release or imprisonment. Gestapo tactics included murder and torture of prisoners.
In 1939 the Reich Security Head office (RSHA) was formed. This amalgamated the Gestapo and the SD under the leadership of the SS.
The police force and people’s courts
Heinrich Himmler, the head of the SS, was also in charge of the police. This meant no-one investigated the crimes committed by the Nazis
Special ‘People’s Courts’ made sure that opponents of the Nazis charged with treason were found guilty, even if there was little or no evidence.
Judges had to swear an oath of loyalty to the Nazis. This gave the Nazis greater power over the sentencing of political enemies and those deemed to be criminals.
The army
The army became a visible presence in everyday German life. Flags, symbols and uniformed troops on the streets all created a clear impression of the power of the Nazi government.
Together with the use of informants this made people very cautious in raising any opposition to Nazi policy or rule.

Let me remind you the last time Socialists removed the existing police and replaced them with a politically controlled national police force? That national police force was known then as the S.S. Its not that the Democrat/Communists don’t want police. its that they want totalitarian control of the police. They want to eliminate all states rights and powers and replace them with Democrat/Communist controlled resources.
Watch them move to revise all state police powers, under Homeland Security… then you will start to get the picture. Think …. Waffin -SS.. for it will be the same…
How else did you assume the Democrat/Communists would posses a policing force completely under their control? Local police were never going to support their communist agenda…..

They don’t want “good law enforcement”, they want civil unrest and bloodshed. The police have to deal with the fruits of Democrat Party policies, and then the Democrats use their MSM to turn it around and blame the police. The wrong people are being arrested and brutalized.

Will someone comment please: What on earth has the federal government to do with state and local law enforcement? I understand that there are chains of command through Homeland Security, but have read little about federal funding channels other than regarding the fusion centers. Thanks.
